I used this for nail biting and to wake up.. Soo many issues. I'm on my second one in 2 months. The second one just quit working. It beeps and vibrates, no longer shocks which is the only reason I wanted this.

Easy to use and understand and you can adjust the shock level. A surprisingly thorough set of tools come with the app.

IT broke and does not work now and when it was working shocked me and might have cause nerve damage

So far i’m really enjoying my Pavlock 2. It’s a great help to train myself on a morning schedule and help me to stop biting my nails.

So far so good. I dont have any complaints about it. I think all the negative reviews are from people that cant go through simple settings and set it up right. I've had it a week and just finally needed to charge it. I only use it for my alarm so far. At 80 it shocks you pretty good and being able to set 2 or 3 will definitely wake you up!
