Worth it because it works
I've always had terrible seasonal allergies but nothing like the first year after I moved to Florida. I was basically miserable for two and a half months. Runny nose, and a stuffed up nose, watery eyes, sneezing 30 to 40 times a day, I had it all. Claritin and other over the counter meds were doing nothing. To make it worse, every time my seasonal allergies act up, my pet allergies get worse too. Only problem is I have a dog and two cats. And they all want to sleep with me. ACK. I bought this last year when I was desperate and it worked really really well. I just sprayed it on the couch, chairs and beds (both mine and the pet beds). Within a day my allergies were better. The bottle says to reapply every 30 days and I'd say that is about right. In the springtime, I tend to do it every three weeks but usually once a month is enough. The ingredients list is very vague; Deionized water, non-ionic surfactants and anti-allergen extracts. Whatever the heck that means! When you first spray it, it has no odor. But after a few minutes there is a mild bleach smell and it lasts about 45 minutes. It scared me the first time I used it because I had put it all over my house. Once the bleach smell arrived, I was convinced I had just ruined all my cloth items. Luckily, I've had no bleaching issues and it hasn't damaged anything, even with repeated use. The only thing I dislike is that you are supposed to discard it after 6 months. I like a longer shelf life than that because I don't go through a whole bottle in six months. I will continue to buy this because I love how it makes my house a safe, allergy free zone.

Works fantastic
This worked wonders on my big cloud couch that a corgi has taken ownership of which I could not even sit at before because of the sneezing. This completely neutralized that. I also did buy an air sanitizer spray and use that often.

Great addition for anyone with allergies
This Allersearch ADMS Anti-Allergen Spray works very well. It’s easy to use and gives peace of mind knowing it helps neutralize allergens like dust mites and pet dander. I’ve used it on mattresses, pillows, and upholstered furniture, and it dries quickly without leaving any strong odor or residue. A great addition for anyone with allergies or sensitivities effective and simple to use. The only thing I don't like about that its a little bit pricey.

Environmentally and chemically sensitive? BUY THIS!
Total life saver! I wish I found this sooner and jumped on it sooner rather than letting the negative reviews deter me. Let me just say I was SUPER hesitant to purchase this after seeing some of the reviews stating it smelled awful and like chlorine. I currently have a condition called Mast Cell Activation Syndrome, in which I am hyper sensitive and reactive to chemicals, smells, and other triggers. With the wrong smell or chemical I can lose consciousness, have tremors, have my throat close. When people where perfume or cologne I get heart palpitations, get dizzy, get double vision, and can faint and they don’t even need to be directly next to me! (Febreeze is by far the worst) So, as you can imagine reading those reviews made it a huge gamble for me. I needed this because after getting new all natural wool carpets, they were shedding a lot and something was causing rashes and making me not feel well in addition my dogs were getting extremely itchy on the carpets. Spraying all of the upholstery with an anti-allergen spray seemed like an amazing find. When the product arrived I hesitantly opened the bottle. To my surprise, ZERO SMELL! After saturating the carpets and my couch and waiting for it to dry, a slight smell started to develop. I can absolutely see why it could be confused with chlorine, but it definitely IS NOT chlorine. I believe it is the solutions reacting with allergens and destroying them and creating this slight smell in the process because the liquid itself has absolutely no scent. When your first spray it, there’s no scent. It’s only after it sits for a while and starts to dry. Once dry I vacuumed everything thoroughly as it stated. Honestly, I wasn’t expecting much. The next day I noticed my dogs were itching less, I started to feel a little better, my rashes were less. It was amazing. It says you can use every 30 days for maintenance, but my house gets dusty really quickly between the location next to a highway, being near the ocean, and having multiple dogs - I find I need to use it more frequently. And it goes quickly! About 3/4 of the bottle was used on 2 8x10 rugs, 2 entry way rugs, a large sectional couch, and 2 upholstered chairs. I also bought two other similar sprays; both all natural. One, a certified organic 100% all natural, plant based (third party tested) anti allergen spray for comparison. With that brand, you pay more for a little less and you don’t need to vacuum after. Guess what! They spray had the SAME EXACT SMELL after spraying things and letting it sit for a while. So there is no way the reviews that state there is definitely chlorine and chemicals in this are accurate. Anyone suffering from allergies or an unknown trigger in a known mold free clean environment or even dusty areas and dust mites....this product is a LIFE SAVER!!! I even told my doctor about this spray to recommend to others who have difficulty keeping their homes clean enough to not trigger histamine reactions. This definitely helps! Pros: - ZERO smell - No chemicals - safe for humans and pets with sensitivities - quickly gets rid of allergy triggers - less expensive than other similar products Cons: - after saturating fabric a very very slight smell develops that can linger (but doesn’t seem to trigger any reactions) - you have to vacuum after otherwise it doesn’t work - doesn’t say it is usable on non-fabric surfaces (although some state success in wiping walls and dusting surfaces with it) - solution goes quickly for an expensive bottle If you’re going to buy and use this product. Buying the bigger refill bottle is worth it more than to keep buying and replacing the spray bottle (which is what I initially did)

Allergy Game Changer
I wanted to wait a minute and really put this product to the test before writing a review. This stuff is a game changer for household allergies! I’m allergic to everything, you name it. Dogs, cats, horses, grass, hay— did I mention I literally live on a farm? I lived on allergy medication and my home still was not a ”safe space” for getting away from my allergens. One round every 2 weeks or so of the spray around the house makes my home my allergy “safe space” where I can relax and recover from my allergies elsewhere. Even with dogs in the house!

Works… But With Some Drawbacks
The concept behind this product is great, and it might make a small difference in air quality or allergy symptoms, but results are mixed. It doesn’t have an overpowering scent, which I appreciate, and it’s easy enough to apply on carpets and furniture. That said, the spray nozzle isn’t reliable. It started acting up after a couple of uses. You also need to be cautious about staining lighter fabrics or surfaces. Overall, it’s decent for routine upkeep, but it’s not the miracle allergy fix I hoped for.

If you have a dust allergy, you NEED this
I’m STUNNED by how awesome this stuff is! It made a difference in my dust allergy overnight, and I’m actually excited to leave this review. Background - I have a hideous dust allergy that causes post nasal drip and runny nose, and the resultant coughing has actually gotten so bad I have issues with my ribs now. I also have a very sheddy dog. I clean daily, but when it comes to the “deep clean” that I know I need, I always get so sensitized by the exposure that I need my inhaler and a rest before I accomplish anything. SO now my dog also has a dust allergy and I was feeling desperate. I got this, and while I was waiting on my linens to finish washing, I sprayed the mattress cover and whole bed. Left the room. Cane back an hour later with my laundry, and 30 minutes into more cleaning I notice I’m not coughing, itching, sniffling, wheezing - nothing. Bizarre. Took my allergy meds, and got through the night with one cough. Realizing a change was afoot, the next day, I cleared puppy out of the area and sprayed down the walks and blinds. NOT ONE COUGH in 4 days!!! Now I can actually wash down my walls and blinds like I’ve been needing to without fear of an attack! FINALLY I can do something that makes a difference! It really does kill the allergens upon contact. I am living proof this stuff works. I feel like the biggest weight is lifted. To be in my room with my dog and not have either of us be a snotty mess is a life-changer.

For pet dander and dust mites works as advertised
Great For large areas, especially your carpeting and furniture. Though I have used it on my jeans after the cats have nested on my legs while watching TV. It really works well . It has a super fine mist, but it does leave things a little damp . Leave your AC/heat or fan running for a few minutes and it dries up immediately. I’m super sensitive to dust mites and dander, and this stuff works incredibly well with no lingering odor or damage to any materials.
