It works great
I wasn't expecting the sturdiness of this pan. Its weighs a bit more than the 12" pan that came with my toaster oven. It worked great and the food didn't stick to the pan. Easier to use verses the original pan, I have. Cooked the food well.

Very sturdy pan. I've used it for over 2 years . Great value. Cleans up extremely well. I highly recommend this.

Best for Pan Pizza
I bought this to cook pizza in an Ooni oven. I had tried throwing dough directly on the stone with little success so I turned to par-cooking at 350 F. That gave a mediocre crust. I had made cast iron pan pizza with good success in a regular oven but it didn't work in the Ooni because the cast iron took too long to heat up. That let the top part burn while the crust was still limp. THIS PAN WORKED PERFECTLY IN THE OONI. Most pizza pans have a non-stick coating which will not tolerate the high temps of the Ooni. THIS PAN SHOWED NO DAMAGE AT 750 F. Great pan = great pizza!
