The customer service is superb and I would recommend this seller and cage. Good size kennel and looks very nice definitely better then the metal dog creates that my dog can chew through in a day I believe this one will hold up nicely.

I previously bought a similar product from a different seller. What a nightmare! These came intact in their undamaged boxes. It was VERY apparent that the shipping department took great pride in making sure the deliveries were perfect. All but the roof was pre assembled, just put a few bolts in! Kennel was zip tied and nuts were attached to the bolts so none of the damage from my previous purchase from a different seller was even possible! Thank you!

My dog has extreme anxiety and managed to escape out of a wire kennel and a plastic crate. She didn't chew her way out, she learned how to unlatch the doors. Well she's managed to do the same with this kennel too. Well at least the bottom latch so far. I'm going to get some chain and wrap around it to insure the doesn't open the door. It's been a week since she's been in the crate.Update...my dog drools a lot from her anxiety and I do see rust forming.

Latches broke, tray came apart, had to use D-Rings to hold the top down - seller offered a $30 refund. Very disappointed as normal wire crates have lasted long - I understand that dogs do destroy things but this is advertised as being Heavy Duty and it's kind of flimsy with the way the doors latch and attach. Just disappointed all the way around.

Best crate ever! very sturdy, The dog was an escape artist in a "regular" crate, but this one is perfect. She did figure out how to open the slide locks, but we have used mini carabineer clips to keep them locked.

Love the crate. Very sturdy. I have a pit bull who got out of a regular crate within minutes. She cannot get out of this one. She has however figured out the latches so I have to tie those. Otherwise extremely good. You'll be very happy with this if you have a strong dog.

My dog is a boxer mix,she chews on wire cages like nothing,bought this cage because it looked heavy ,duty...Not... the tubing must be made of cheap soft pipe.Not happy that i paid so much and she can still bend the pipe..Not Happy with this at all!!.....Amazon you just allow anybody to sell not quality stuff and get bad reviews i guess.

I can’t say enough good things about this kennel. Thick bars, sturdy construction, easy assembly/disassembly, relatively light weight design and roomy enough to keep our two escape artists. Beyond satisfied with our purchase!
