Perfect fit for 2019 Sonata. No misaligned holes
No misaligned hole issues with this Dorman brand oil pan on my 2019 Hyundai Sonata. I bought another brand that did have the misaligned hole.I have seen documentation from Hyundai to NOT install the bolt in the hole that gets misaligned but I wanted to follow what came on my Sonata since the documentation didn’t explain why to leave out the bolt and it was for older versions of the engine.

Fit on a 2017 Hyundai Santa Fe sport AWD. Didn't need to drill hole as they all lined up perfectly

Exact fit. BMW cracked the original oil pan and to replace. No issues, easy to install and no leaks.

Perfect fit, great quality
This fit a 2019 sonata just fine. All holes lined up. I had no problem whatsoever. You'll need a 12 point 12 mm socket.

One bolts hole doesn't line up. Almost perfect fit.
The media could not be loaded. The pan was identical other than one bolt hole being offset slightly. While all other holes lined up and fit perfectly, there was one hole that was simply in the wrong spot. As shown in the short video. I have a 2018 Hyundai sonata SEL 2.4.

Oil pan for 2018 Kia Sorento and when installed one of the bolt holes does not line up, buyers be cautious.

No leaks
I did have to drag 1 hole out in order to get the screw in but other then that no leaks!It’s gone almost 5,000 miles and ready for an oil change. I’m sure I won’t have a problem with that.Originally the car was sold to me where obviously it bottomed out somehow and fractured the metal right at the drain plug. The first oil change I did I noticed a slight leak but on the second oil change it developed into a crack which let go all of its oil. Very disappointed but I ordered this pan on a Sunday night and got it Monday afternoon. I installed it shortly after The Amazon guy left.
