My First Library: Boxset of 10 Board Books for Kids

This is such a great little book set! The books are small, have sturdy hard pages, and are super easy for little hands to flip through. My baby is 11 months old, and these are honestly perfect for this stage, they’re simple, engaging, and just the right size for early learning. I really like that each book has its own theme (like wild animals, transport, shapes, etc.). It keeps things interesting and helps introduce new words in a fun and easy way. Another big plus for me is that the pictures are photo-realistic, which I think is really important when babies are learning about the world, they can actually connect what they see in the book to real life. The quality of the set is excellent, the images are bright, colorful, and crisp, and the books feel durable enough to handle lots of use (and chewing, let’s be honest). I also love the sturdy box it comes in, it keeps everything organized and makes cleanup easy. Overall, such a nice little library to read and enjoy with your baby. Definitely recommend!

Wonderful. Perfect size for little hands. Colorful. Caught my grandson’s attention as soon as my son unwrapped it. A good number of choices, so it’s easy to keep my grandson’s attention for over. 1/2 hour. I’d say that’s terrific for a little guy. All in all, this is the best set of books I’ve bought. Money well spent! He’ll probably wear them out before a little brother or sister comes along 😂

I’ve been reading these board books with my toddler for a few weeks, and they’re perfect for little kids just starting to explore books. The pages are sturdy and easy for small hands to turn, and the bright colors and simple text keep my child engaged. What I liked: durable construction, easy to handle, fun illustrations What could be better: some pages could have slightly more variety in text for repeated readings Overall, these board books are a great value and make story time simple and enjoyable for toddlers.

Small and not very durable, but realistic and great for learning vocabulary. My 1yr old likes looking at the pictures and can handle the books well since they are small. If left unsupervised with them, they’d get destroyed. But it’s a good learning activity to do together. Would be nice if they were a little more durable but hey, they were cheap enough. I would pay more for a higher quality set.

This is such a delightful story that every child can relate to in the little mishaps of life. It brought a smile to my face as I pictured "Grandpa" offering comfort and encouragement. There is even a "Birds" book. What more needs to be said? But I'll continue. This is a great purchase because every book feels substantial for a child. There are a lot of pages for each book for a children's board book, and each book is very well-designed and a good size. I appreciate that they use real pictures of animals. I appreciate that they use both upper and lowercase for the letters in the Alphabet book. I appreciate that for the shapes book they show the geometric shape and examples of things in the world with that shape. And the same logic with the numbers book-- the number and then showing pictures with that number of things, and same logic with the colors book as well. I love the emphasis on the beauty and diversity of the animal kingdom-- for the animals they have "Wild Animals", "Farm Animals & Pets", and "Birds". The whole thing just seems very sophisticated and thoughtfully made. One of my best purchases of the year just because it's such a great value and very satisfyingly well-made as a learning resource.

Ordered these books for a kindergarten child learning letters and numbers. Before long was picking up the books on his own and helping younger sibling to learn to read!

Best baby books I bought. Photos are of the actual item/animal etc. No fancy drawing whatsoever, perfect for babies learning about everyday stuff. Started using it since may baby was a new born, 1 year later baby still absolutely loves it. If you could only buy 1 set of books for your baby, buy this. So worth it!

Great addition to our childs library. What I really like, is the images used are real life pictures and not illustrations. I find that the illustrated books generally can be a little abstract to create the necessary visual associations.

Books are small however for my toddler it's suitable size. There are many stiff pages for each book. If size was bigger would be heavy for little hands. Pictures are big and real. Very well finished. Highly recommended. The size is written in the description.
