I bring this product. Realy it is very nice and worth product Hight quality connectors /its build qyality is very nice. Instalation also very simple. and it work perfect.. Realy i remomended for others👍

Bought this one and used it at home since September 2023 and it is very reliable and very useful.

The box comes with 1 controller unit, 6 carbon sensors, and 1 power input/output clear protective shield. I used professionals for installing the unit. Additional purchases include sensor cables, power cables, insulation tapes, cable ties, and labour charges. For the first couple of days we thought it was running smoothly but the overhead tank went completely empty even though there was water in the underground tank. The unit was set to auto, but it didn't work. The levels indicators are displayed correctly but the motor never switches on automatically. Sadly I purchased 2 units as I have 2 underground tanks, and 2 overhead tanks. Both controllers don't work properly. I fell for the Amazon choice tag and positive reviews. My advice is to find a reliable brand and pay a bit more if possible. Update: The seller replaced a faulty unit as I was within warranty period upon providing purchase invoice. Now all tanks fill water automatically as advertised. The only change I chose to do is set the sensor levels different to what the instruction manual showed. I set UC and UL sensors for the underground tank right above the foot valve, while placing UH 10cm higher to avoid confusion for the controller. Likewise for the overhead tank I first overflowed it, then waited the water to settle. We placed OH at the top level where the water stopped overflowing. OL was placed 10cm-15cm below OH, and OC was placed at the bottom. We chose to do so because of water shortages in our area, and using this method ensures the overhead tank to be full all the time.

I live in a single story house and usually faced empty overhead tank and air in the internal pipelines which caused much issues to force out air from the system. And sometimes I just manually turn on the pump and went out and forgot to turn it off, there was a lot of water wastage and underground tank going to low. To solve these issues, I was looking for a automatic pump and water level controller and found this in a budget. Pros : 1. Small footprint. 2.Meant to run a motor that does not require a starter box. Plug and play type. I have a 0.5HP motor to fill up overhead tank. 3. Comes with 2 sets of sensors. 1 for OH tank and another for UG tank. I am using only one set as I require just to automate OH tank. My UG tank fills up automatically with corporation supply. 4. Turns motor on and off as per the water level in the Tanks. No more checking water force in taps to access water levels in OH tank. 5. Saves your motor from long runs and dry runs. Saving electricity. 6. Saves Water spillage due to over filling. This is a thing of the past. 7. Easy installation. Cons 1. You will need to buy 0.5mm or smaller diameter wire to connect your tanks with sensors with main unit, as the wire given in the package connected to sensors is way too small. It will set you back with almost half the price of the controller itself depending upon your installation area. 2. Plastic build. Buts it's okay. Overall, this is a great product and has brought peace of mind to me as now I don't have to worry about empty tanks, to turn on and off the motor anymore. Recommended!

It worked fine for about one year, but unfortunately, just one month after the warranty expired, it stopped working.

I recently purchased the Microtail Water Level Controller and I am very satisfied with its performance. The product is easy to install and works automatically without any issues. It helps prevent water overflow and also protects the motor from dry running, which saves both water and electricity.

It has a serious scaling problem (white salt like deposit), and the sensor stops working and need to be changed every 6 months.
