Value is good and machine is greater tiny but does the job very well

I will admit that I love the machine - with all it's accessories. It will greatly expand my business. My only problem is that I initially had problems getting the sublimation working. I called their customer service and got nobody. BUT when I commented here I received a message telling me that the entire department is away for at least another week. But in digging around I discovered the problem. This machine DOES NOT WORK WITH PRINTER JACK SUBLIMATION PAPER. I got a different paper today and it works beautifully. But I'll say it once again: This Epson printer does NOT WORK with Printer Jack sublimation paper.

When I made my first press the timer never started on its own when the handle is pressed down. I message the seller and they responded right away and told me to press the down arrow button. So I pressed the handle down then pushed the down arrow and it started the timer. So far my pressed have come out perfectly.

The model I got does not look like what is displayed in the picture. Hiweverz I got all the same accessories and it works pretty well.This is a great beginner machine for the price

I was so scared to use this at first, but I had completed 3 items so far and I love it!One thing that drives me crazy is the temp does fluctuate as you press the shirt but does a great job none the less. Great purchase so far.
