A 2019/2020 fast, capable laptop as good as anything put out today (2025) in its class.
2025/04/02 - Outstanding computer. I've built an tuned countless computer since the early 2000s. I see the hardware and software progression and the truth is, even a 5 or 7 year old (properly refurbished) computer with the right OEM hardware can rock out! This one was a T590 (not T580 as displayed) but essentially they are the same. 8th gen Core i7, 16gb ram (expandable to 32gb), 512gb SSD (I prefer more SSD space for me but I was tuning this one for my mother so she's fine with it). with windows 11 PRO (Pro is critical as it gives the user much more control over to O/S).I was also surprisingly impressed with windows 11 on this Machine. Once tweaked properly this computer was a rocket. Office 2021, internet browsing and even a few complex engineering software packages really flew in terms of reaction timing etc. Impressive system. Very happy.Pros- Just about everything except..Cons - Battery life. Using it in max performance mode on the battery will give you about 3 hrs or so.

Arrived Damage Return/Refund takes 2 weeks!
I order this for a friend hoping to set them up with a nice Laptop to use for work arrived damaged with a non-working charging port the laptop itself is a great computer, sadly only reason I'm giving it a one star is or the long return process it will take me 2 weeks to order another laptop since that is how long the refund will take.

BEWARE - Nothing But Problems
This computer has had OS problems, still will not charge (after purchasing new battery), and has had other issues. The AC adapter and battery are aftermarket garbage. I would definitely NEVER purchase again.
