Arrived Damage Return/Refund takes 2 weeks!
I order this for a friend hoping to set them up with a nice Laptop to use for work arrived damaged with a non-working charging port the laptop itself is a great computer, sadly only reason I'm giving it a one star is or the long return process it will take me 2 weeks to order another laptop since that is how long the refund will take.

BEWARE - Nothing But Problems
This computer has had OS problems, still will not charge (after purchasing new battery), and has had other issues. The AC adapter and battery are aftermarket garbage. I would definitely NEVER purchase again.

Good price for such a powerful machine
I liked that the laptop is still in a good condition physically. Fingerprint, keyboard and trackpad working fine.So far what I did not like was that the microphone was not working. I however got free online assistance from Microsoft Support which took about 2hours of my time. The problem was finally solved by uninstalling the existing drivers and installing new ones(this was after updating the system and existing drivers with my slow network).Overall, given the price and specifications, I am happy with the laptop. It is value for money. I am yet to check functionality of usb ports and audio jack.

Esta recubierta toda de tape industrial (a excepción de teclado y pantalla) tal vez para dar el gatazo de que era semi nuevo premium o algo asi, no recuerdo.Corre bien, cumple su funcion, buen audio. Solo detalles estéticamente muy visibles.A mi esposo le gusto
