This bedding set is made with a soft, silk-like material. The comforter can be unzipped to put a heated blanket or any other blanket inside for extra thickness and warmth. I've really enjoyed this type of blanket before but it's nearly impossible to find bedding like this at retail stores like Target, Walmart or Ikea. It's a polyester-based satin that is very silky, shiny and smooth to the touch. It contours my body so well when I'm asleep and offers a luxurious bedtime experience every night. The sheets stay nice and cool in the summer and warm in the winter. I also love poppies so that was just an extra added bonus and sealed the deal for me.
