Great for the money great for home defense
For the price no one should be complaining it works the way it's described in the description it seems to lock tightly in place I believe it's great for use on a home security weapon the green dot can be seen as far as you can see so for cq use it's plenty good enough and the strobe light and flashlight are plenty bright for indoor and outdoor use the strobe is pretty disorienting so for sitting around on a gun that's waiting on an intruder it's perfect for the money I think but it might be a bit bulky to use on a compact or on any everyday concealed carry because it's a bit boxy and big it's not meant for quick draw situations I don't think because you need to push buttons on the sides to activate the functions so that's why I'm saying it's good for home defense mostly or maybe for a security guard where most times you'll have it up and at the ready in advance of any encounter it also snugs down good I don't think just a few magazines will loosen it to the point of falling off like some other reviews are saying and the only gripe I have is it's not the easiest to zero in it takes a bit of time playing around but I think for what I paid for it that it's a great buy and it's zeroed enough that if the dots on a forehead I'll probably hit a nose so like I said it's good enough for me and good enough to sit on a nightstand waiting for the night a intruder makes me put the dot and strobe on him so if he's not a expert ducker it only needs to hold on for a double tap or two maybe a fifteen round mag if he's the Michael Jordan of luck and ducking n dodging it seems to get so tight it's hard to believe just a few rounds are loosening it up enough to fall off I'm not believing that since I've received mine I was kinda worried it would fit loose or not tighten up good but you can really crank it down tight so maybe these guys are finger tightening it and not getting it tight enough from the get go I don't know I just know mine doesn't seem like a mag or two will cause it to fall off so in my opinion it's well worth buying for home defense use I probably would not take it to war but it's not made for that it's battery life is great also the magnetic charger is cool but if you need one hundred percent accuracy you need to spend a lot more money for that this one is good for limited uses like air soft this would be the top of the line for that sport and home defense where it's only needed for a few shots even though I don't think it will rattle loose like some people are saying I have to admit I haven't put it to that test of multiple magazines so I don't know positively without a doubt if it holds true or falls off like other reviews say I'm just guessing if you put it on right and tight it doesn't seem like it's going to do any moving or falling off but I may have to update when I test it at the range if it is totally worthless like some guys claim I'll be a man and eat my words I'll change it to say after X amount it fails and losses accuracy or falls off if that happens I just don't feel it will under reasonable use and still if it fails to hold solid only after a hundred rounds I think that's well beyond reasonable expectations for under one hundred bucks if it holds accurate through a few mags I think your getting your moneys worth for real only other gripe is trying to find a holster that fits and will let you draw smoothly has been a challenge I've not found one yet but I haven't looked to hard either I've only tried a few but the ones I tried it would not draw smoothly it would catch on the corners it would help if the sharp edges were rounded off and if anyone knows which brand holster works good with this system post that because I think that would be helpful for a lot of people who are using this light and for all the guys saying after a day at the range doing target practice with countless mags until it falls off or loosens up so it's not zeroed in any more I really think you all are asking for way too much from a 70 dollar multi function flashlight/strobe light and green dot if it hangs on and stays zeroed for a few mags well that's enough to tackle a few bad guys and for under one hundred dollars if it can even hang on for one magazine well that's enough if it saves you or a loved one once it's well worth what you gave for it face it fellas if you're buying this very inexpensive system you're not commandos who are ever going to be in a shootout situation with multiple foes or you'd know for the price this product is it will probably need to be tightened periodically unless it's on a airsoft pistol stop trying to get something for nothing in this gun hobby because guns and perfect accessories are not cheap I bet all the guys crying about this product have them falling off their two hundred dollar hi points and they probably don't fit and lock in place correctly from the get go so support a veteran run company buy this thing use it correctly dont expect mil spec equipment for less than one hundred dollars and if this product absolutely doesn't work for your needs give it to a kid you know for his air soft loadout the battery lasts pretty good and it's bright and it seems to be everything you could expect for the price I'm happy with mine and if it hangs on for close to fifteen shots that's all I expect I need to blind and get a quick bead on a intruder at night so I'm fairly certain it will fit my needs for home defense one maybe two shots I'm not Scarface with a army swarming into my mansion to kill me im just worried about random crackheads they might come in twos at the most I believe it will not fail me and fall off after a few shots so stop trying to get something for nothing and have reasonable expectations on the things you buy if you think seventy bucks will get you a top of the line lazer dot and a strobing flashlight when the top brands are hundreds of dollars for just a dot alone well your going to continue buying things for pennies and crying in the reviews because you might just be too naïve for buying online stop dogging out decent products because you expect something for nothing we get what we pay for and this product is well worth the money they are asking it's great for a starting point in the use of lazer sights and strobe lights then once you get the hang of using this stuff you can find the best high quality products that will work the best for you

Great combination sight for the price!
I mounted the Firefly V2 Flashlight Laser Sight on my Sig Sauer P320 pistol Combat Compact. I waited to review item until I had an opportunity to test it out on the range. I shoot a pretty hot load since my Sig Sauer P320 is chambered in .357 ACP. Easy to install and very stable, the light was very bright and did the job and the lazer held its zero at various ranges from 5 to 20 yards. I fired over 200 rounds and found the Firefly V2 Flashlight Laser Sight to still be spot on! Also, this a rechargeable Flashlight Laser Sight, which is very practical. I'm retired Army SOF and I like to support veteran owned companies which was a plus to know this product is made by combat vets! On a final note there are some named brand sights that are superior like "crimson trace" but your your gonna pay more for the quality. Overall, I am satisfied with the purchase and though the price was very reasonable for what you get!

Great product - they didn't like my photos
I purchased this to accessorize my Glock 17, though it will fit on my shield, my Beretta PX4 or any other under-barrel rail pistol equally well I'd imagine. The photos above (in order left to right) show the following features:1) Attachment was simple. One screw holds the light to the barrel-mounted rail. The black adapter on the end of my red usb cable comes with the light for a quick magnetic attachment for recharging.2) You can see in picture #2 it simply snaps in to place. Nothing to plug in and no batteries to replace. Time will tell if I can be sure not to lose the charging attachment! I'm not sure if you can order it separately, but it is rather unique amongst every other USB magnetic charger I've seen so nothing else I have will be able to charge it if I were to lose it.3) The light came with 4 out of 5 bars showing charge. I plugged it in and left it for an hour and all 5 bars were fully lit green - indicating full charge.4) This picture just shows the outline of it against the pistol. It's not the absolute sexiest light I've seen, but consider what you're paying and be happy, right?5) This shows the light. Press it once and the light comes on. Press it again and it strobes. Press it a third time and it turns off.6) The laser is operated the same way. Press it once to turn on, and again to turn off.If you press both buttons, you will get the light and the laser.Pros:Obviously the price is a good selling feature. In terms of how it will hold up, time will be the telling factor. If it breaks within a year I'll be back to edit this review but I have no reason to think it will. The light is bright. No arguments there. No, it's not blinding but it's not meant to be. It's mean to light a room or the area in front of your barrel and it does that very well. The laser is VERY visible in the dark. I went outside this morning at 6 AM (before dawn here) and shown it across the field. I can see the dot hundreds of yards away, and you can see the line of the laser through the air. So its plenty bright for any pistol work you would need.My light was slightly off center to the right when it arrived, but the light comes with two allen keys, one for height and one for windage. The dials turn smoothly with the included allen keys and I was able to center it with my night-sights in just a couple seconds. (Remember to center it for distance as well. If you shoot at 25 yards, you will need to adjust the height differently than at 50 yards or at danger-close ranges, though at that range it shouldn't matter. Off one inch isn't really going to be an issue for defensive shooting.Cons:The only real con I have, and maybe your mileage will vary, is the placement of the buttons. Yes, it is ambidextrous so you can actuate the lights from either hand, which is good. But I have a pretty large hand and long fingers. There is no shooting platform from which I could smoothly reach up and actuate the light or laser. My Glock has one notch in the under-barrel rail, which the set screw needs to ride in, so there is no forward or backward adjustment possible on my rails. I would prefer a rear-mounted toggle that my trigger finger or support hand could more easily reach. That's the only reason I'm knocking it down 1 star.If it were more brand specific, that might be possible, but this is a one-size-fits-many light so I know I need to keep that in mind.I hope you find this review useful.
