Loving this product
I have not had good absorption with iron pills, while this source seems to be easily absorbed. I am feeling better after several weeks of use. I do taste the iron in some, though not all, foods and drinks. It reminds me of well water I recall from childhood. The strange thing is that I am enjoying, even craving, that taste, telling me how much my body needs it. I don't understand why people complain about rust. It's iron! At first I followed the instructions for removing rust, which worked, but now I don't bother. I just clean and/or rinse it immediately and dry it; rusting is minimal.

No taste difference!
So far I've only used them with water to make rice and there hasn't been any noticeable difference in taste so that's definitely a 👍🏻👍🏻. We eat rice every meal so that has been a very convenient way to use the fishes, adding a little rice vinegar as per the instructions. To be truthful, I haven't used it in anything else yet since that seems to be the best fit for our diet and routine.

It’s a lot more hassle to use these than we expected…
We originally got this thinking that we can just have these and bypass the need to take iron pills, but the boy, were we wrong 🥴 As the title had mentioned, it is a lot harder to use this than we originally expected and there’s a lot more than just putting it in boiling a water. If you’re really against taking pills, I’m sure this is a great alternative but if you don’t really care one way or the other, then the pills are a much more convenient way to go for some extra iron supplements.

Taste is bearable
Was worried about the taste since people have complained - I figured it would probably be fine, and I was right. For the sake of others, I’ll try to describe: If you have ever drank water in a rural area like a farm, it basically tastes like well water but with an even stronger mineral taste. It tastes distinctly metallic, but not in a way that made me unable to finish it. Also, you could easily disguise the taste with more lemon juice, using it to brew tea, adding an electrolyte packet, etc. Unless you are EXTREMELY sensitive to tastes, I think this product will not bother you. I don’t mind it at all and am excited to see improvements with my iron levels

Over priced and one of them already rusted

Étant carencé en fer, j’ai pris pendant 3/4 jours de l’eau dans laquelle j’avais plongé un petit poisson. Mes analyses sont redevenues normales en quelques jours.
