I was afraid of statistics but this led me in slow and easy. I especially liked how the authors built one premise or idea on another. Very digestible and honestly I had no difficulty understanding the concepts. A number of typos, one on a formula itself so that was problematic until the professor explained the typo. Some students' books did not have the formulaic typo so clearly they fixed it during the printing of this edition. But others like myself received books that included this typo. But, the book was very good with its explanations and real-world examples to demonstrate the ideas presented, which is how I learn. Thank you!!!

I had to get this book for class. I was struggling in essential research class, but this book was able to guide and help me throughout the whole semester.

I have rented several books. Typically the books come in such poor shape that I am afraid that I am going to be held liable for the damage. In fact one of them was literally falling apart! But this book is in excellent shape. No writing, not dogeared, or messy. I will be happy to rent from them again!

This is a good textbook, content-wise. However, the Kindle version must be revised to correct typos, words strung together, formatting errors, etc. For example, a sentence will end abruptly and reappear at the page's bottom after several paragraphs. This means you must hunt the text for the end of the sentence. It is very disruptive. There is also no digital table of contents. One can find the beginning of a chapter by searching "Chapter Two," for example, and then scanning the results. I paid almost $30 for this textbook, which can be very trying to read. That said, I am grateful to have an electronic version. I'm just surprised that a text with so many errors got past the editors.

Book was listed as used -very good, but it literally had not 1 mark in it! More of LIKe NEW quality! Very happy with price ( 1/4 of what my college wanted) and excellent quality!
