We have these holding up our 55lb mirrors and they work perfect. Plus I love the safety mechanism thar holds it securely in place, so if someone was to ever bump the mirror they couldn't knock it off the hook. I would highly recommend these, they were easy to install and hold things flush to the wall.

I had great confidence they would stay put. I screwed these right into a stud. I used these in conjunction with the adjustable wire hangers that had the clips on the end.

Very sturdy product was not hard to assemble or attach to the wall I very much like the safety feature on them

sturdy, the safety catch is a little sharp so take precaution and use something like a pencil to move them in place once assembled. used these to hang a very heavy mirror here in CA to "quake proof" the family mirror...

I had a 10 lbs. terracotta tile to hang outside my front door. It was expensive and if it fell, it would be in pieces. This hook is perfect. It is not flimsy and the hook is wide enough for a thick wire. The best part is the addition of the metal above the hook. That tile is not going anywhere. I drilled in the hole, placed the anchor, screwed in the combination hook and cover. Popped the thick cord into the hook and voila! The tile lays flat against the wall, too

In run a studio, so have a lot of framed pictures on the walls. These picture hooks are some of the best I've tried. Each one is made of thick metal, so it doesn't bend when a heavy item is hung from it. The spring clip is very handy too, for preventing the item being knocked off the hook. Ultimately, what the hook will hold depends on how securely it is fixed to the wall. The screws and plugs supplied are of surprisingly good quality - not the rubbish plastic plugs that snap under the hammer.My only problem is the price. £5.59 for three hooks (May 2019) is a bit steep. I would be happy at £4 for this item, and would have likely doubled my order as a result. That said, they are good, and I chose them despite the high price, because I can't hang professional artwork from rubbish such a nails sticking out of the wall.

Used this for a brand new mirror. The new mirror which I got from QVC had a two hook system, solid wood back and glass all over the front, so it was a hefty boi, but when I purchased it they stated one only hook. One on either side and 8cm above the middle point. So I had to take that into account so the mirror sat perfectly in the middle. Now this pack of hooks were pricey for £5.99; but I wanted them next day so I paid the extra. Plus a giant mirror in a box laying around and something bad is bound to happen, so quicker the better.So... Next day rolls by and they come, its prime delivery and delivery in my eyes is just that, delivery. Im rating the product not the delivery. Pretty simple really. Mark the middle point of the wall or where you want the eye high point to be and then measure the hooks from the middle and get marking. I didn't use the screws that came in the pack as I had some spare thick screws laying around and thicker wall plugs. But the one's in the pack would do the job perfectly fine.So I used the two hook on the mirror above the fire and last hook on a spare mirror in the hall.In all they are pricey, but they study and can the weight.If you can wait on delivery buy a larger pack. But these are good for what they are.

I chose this pack as it said it could handle heavy duty and was one of the better prices out there. It came with everything we needed and as you can see the mirror is quite large but the hooks have done the job. Would definitely recommend, and will be buying some more when we get some more bits for the house.

I bought these hooks for my mother to stop her cats from knocking her LARGE mirror off the wall. I didn't use the small safety clip as this would've been almost impossible to remove the mirror.I would recommend these for anyone who is looking to put up heavy pictures or mirrors on hollow wall, since it allows you to correctly fasten the screw in the wall (as opposed to using a protruding screw).

Really useful product if your concerned about hanging a valuable picture or in my case a picture above a piano and it coming down/off the hook. This couldn’t be simpler, drill your hole and fit an appropriate to wall raw plug. Fit the two parts to the hook onto the screw and fasten it 95%-98% tight (allows the locking arm to slightly move) with a screw driver. Fit your picture wire/string on the back of the picture into the hook behind the locking arm and hay presto.I’ve fitted several heavy pictures up on the wall and I’m very happy with the product. However remember to use the correct size and type of wall plug for your wall.
