Great purchase
Exactly as expected. I will order from this company again. They even thanked us for our purchase and for supporting their business. We will order from them again.

Not bad for what they are.
I see these are getting some pretty low review scores, and I don't think they deserve them: the sculpts are rather nice, and the paint job is no worse than average for this sort of pre-painted fantasy gaming miniatures for D&D, Pathfinder, and the like. The characters are rather generic, common, and unassuming archetypes, which to me can be a selling point compared to some of the more specific and exotic heroic or "iconic" player character models generally offered by the bigger pre-painted plastic mini manufacturers: these humbler, workman-like characters make great NPCs, and are perfect loaner or gift minis for new gamers who in my experience are often quite happy to model their first characters as stock fierce Viking warriors, cocky Archers, crusading Knights, beardy Wizards, sneaky and dashing Rogues, and the like as they dip their toes into the game, before graduating to something more exotic and tailored to their unique interests and tastes (at which point, they are ready enough to look for their own one-of-a-kind mini for that half-vampire, half cyborg, half-elf, quarter-furry, Ninja/Berzerker/Pirate/Necromancer triple-katana-weilding monstrosity they created with the help of an army of character optimizing workshops and min-maxing guildmasters!) Sure, I could do a better paint job myself given a few days of work and some TLC, but the painting isn't THAT bad and, as-is, these minis would look just fine on the game table alongside the bigger-name-brand rank-and-file pre-painted figures available out there. It seems to me they really ought to complement these with a similar set of maybe three each equally generic dwarfs and elves, and another six-pack of figures with perhaps some of those less common character types: a couple generic haflings/gnomes, a generic kung-fu monk and bard, and that sort of thing - those 18 figures, as a fairly representative mix of popular archetypes, would cover a great deal of beginning characters, and a great deal of generic NPCs.

Pretty solid set
I liked the set overall. Price was decent, I have seen no problems with build quality. Wish they had more.

A mixed bag
These are ok, however mine came with half the miniatures tossed about in the packaging, some even disconnect from their bases, and others easily coming off their bases. I'm fine re-basing them, but not everyone has spare 28mm bases on hand. The paint jobs are ok, perfectly fine for my table, though the eyes are a bit on the big side, but that's just me being picky. If you're fine possibly re-basing these, then they're fine.

I didn't know Miniatures could be creepy.
The miniatures are nicely made, great detail, and the paint job is even nice for the most part. However, the problem is the faces and skin tones. With pre-painted minis you expect faces to be a bit odd, but these are honestly very unsettling and down right creepy. The flesh tones isn't the caucasian pink displayed in the picture. Instead, it is bone white. Then, when combined with the eyes being done as big blobs of black, it makes every mini look like some sort of undead. Or even Jigsaw from season 2 of the Punisher.I don't recommend these at all if you're looking for humans, but if you're after undead, may be?

Expensive for poor material
Leaning on glue poorly painted woman on bottom row looks like a clown material is weak and bent upon arrival and was high price. But it arrived on time so there’s that.
