Yup. That's how they really look.
In case you were wondering, they are exactly like the picture. Each leg is about 15ft long, and when you pull them up they scrunch into these wonderful wrinkles! They are soft, 100% nylon, but with a new loose knit that snags easily. They are somewhat narrow in the hips. I think they look incredibly sexy!

All the ruffles end up at your ankle's and they are way too delicate, didn't even get them out of the package before they had a snag in them and they are much too wide in the legs I assume that's why they slunk down to my ankle's every 5 seconds.....
