Installed this in my 12 valve Cummins pick up truck after having lift pump issues. It works well only complaint I have is it takes a little while for it to indicate the full pressure. Possibly I have air in the system but it’s a good kit

awesome little gauge, and it works perfect... I got it for my E350 6.0L powerstroke van, installing the transducer (sensor) was a royall pain in the A ss... Just so you know in case you are planning to get this for a van like me, this is what I encounter: Had to disassemble the filter and intake pipe assy. had to disassemble the intercooler pipe going to the intake manifold elbow, and had to hold the engine harness with a barr all the time, just to access the auxiliary port on the side of the 2ndary fuel filter housing , and you are going to need this if you have a ford diesel truck or van (http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B001DKM4PU?psc=1&redirect=true&ref_=oh_aui_detailpage_o01_s00) In a van, I don't recommend plugging the sensor straight into the fuel bowl cuz there won't clear with the intake temp sensor #2 that is right on front and IN the intake manifold, what I did, I went to napa and got made a hydraulic hose with the fittings that matched the threat of the sensor and the adapter (a 2f long) put the adapter in one end and the sensor at the other end... and even then, it was very... very... VERY... hard and tight to threat that adapter with hose to the side of the fuel bowl (now I know better, if I ever do this again in a van, I am going the "L" fitting and hose attached to the top of the fuel filter cap... this version works exactly the same, and it will save you hell on a van) ... you also are going to need at least 3 of this for a proper and save way to connect to power, the ground can go straight to any metal of the vehicle (http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00K17A2E6?psc=1&redirect=true&ref_=oh_aui_detailpage_o00_s00) ... Also, get some YELLOW (yellow = fuel grade) teflon tape for the threats (don't use the white one on any fuel system) the other end of the hose with the sensor I re-routed it near where the power steering reservoir is, for my convenience and easy access, it is your choice where you put yours. Other than that, the gauge has a very good lighting on daylight and the dimming at night is good too, and the magnified glas is a plus in my opinion.Here are some pics. Love the easy install. Instructions are a little vague as to mounting the gauge in the cab. I think it was meant to be a dedicated mount in the tow ready pillar gauge set. Oh well, for now some 3M double sided tape and on the dash she sits. I am very happy with the lighting options and to have something to keep an eye on psi. Way more affordable than changing a bank of injectors because of a pickup pump intermittently failing at the pigtail. If I had the gauge I would have known right away.

This product works as described, and intended. Wiring was very simple and straightforward.

Installed on a 2003 FL70 that has a HPOP CAT 3126E.The Fuel Pressure lets me know when I have an issue before engine shuts down. Low Fuel Pressure on an HPOP is an indication of a plugged fuel filter or a small suction line leak. I installed in on the passenger side of the dash on top so as to not be too intrusive. Warm at idle I have 66. Cruising 75 pulling a hill 82. All is well. The initial reason was I had an issue with Diesel Algae. Now I can see if Fuel Pressure drops before the Oil Pressure does. It matters to know this on an HEUI system.

The media could not be loaded.  Update March 2019: No issues, infact I purchased another one for my 7.3 and found it sustains about 6 more PSI than my 6.0 - who da thought lol---------------------------------------------------------------------------put on 6.0l diesel after a sudden fuel supply issue caused engine to act up - no codesfixed fuel supply issue then installed this to monitor fuel psi and help catch low psi early and prevent premature injector failureis accurate - i compared it to a direct pressure. mounted sender atop billet fuel filter bowl capfuse extensions made installation easier.gauge performs an dancing self-test then displays psinot bad at cost - kr

The gauge and harness seem well made. Really easy installation. The hardest part was locating a key-on power source... after some online research, that wasn't too bad. I like that it has a night-time dimming mode. The gauge is awfully bright to run it full power at night. That too was easy, just tap the harness into your headlamp power wire.I honestly believe this gauge helped me save the injectors on my 6.0. I had a suspicion that my fuel pump was on its way out... When I got the gauge installed, I was running about 37psi. Not good for the 6.0. It helped me track down the problem. New fuel pump, now its good to go!Two thumbs up!

Awesome Guage. O ly issue I personally have is I wish the color selector button was removed for the single color Guage. It kinda hinders the digital number.

Very nice gauge and good quality, however I was sent wrong color, waiting for correct color and will post a photo then.
