Good Trap
Ok, got this for my Co2 air rifle. So it's worked great. With BB's @430fps they just make a small little splat mark on the steel, (takes the paint off) even at 10yds. Will try 22lr at 30 - 50yds soon. Pro's, It works just as it's supposed to. For the $$ well worth it Con's, the clip holding the cardboard is only Ok, actually not a great system. I've found that just cut a piece of cardboard that fit's over the whole (entire) front of the trap, then tape it to the trap. Tape target on and you are set. I stopped using the clip completely after a BB at 10yds mashed part of it. The full size cardboard and tape works far better and solves the occasional BB's from flying out.

Great product
I'm living in a small place and this is the perfect trap. I just purchased the UMAREX BREAK BARREL.177. NOT ONE PELLET RICOCHED. VERY HEAVY AND STURDY. EXCELLENT QUALITY 👍👌. RECOMMEND FOR INDOOR SHOOTING.

Heavy, quality construction. Great price. Exactly as advertised
I have a backyard shooting range, where I shoot a Hatsan Hercules Bully, PCP Airgun from about 20 yards. My airgun shoots a 21 grain, 22 cal pellet at about 1150 fps (ya, it's a beast). I had made a backstop out of 16 ga steel but, it was getting tore up and, it would never withstand a 22 long rifle round. The steel I used was ~$30 or so so, to replace it was adding up. Also, i was getting a smattering of pellet debris everywhere. This Highwild trap stops my pellets dead, with not even a dent in the backstop and, it catches most of the debris. It's cheaper than me constantly replacing my home made back stop and I see this lasting a lot longer. Also, the ability to clip up targets easily is a big plus. It's also small and light enough to be easily portable/movable. I love this bullet trap and see it lasting a long time. FYI: The actual "shootable" target area is about 10" h x 11" w and it's super, SUPER simple to assemble, out of the box.

Decent for the price.
I bought this for shooting airguns in the basement and it works well enough. Assembly was simple enough, but two of the weld nuts on one side of the back panel were not aligned properly, necessitating drilling out the holes on the side panel so the bolts would clear. (running a tap through would've been better but it's some odd metric thread that I don't have a tap for) This also meant that 1/4" washers had to be used on those bolts. Not a big deal for me but you might not have the tools to accomplish it, and honestly, this was just a QC issue for my particular example (although such issues are not uncommon on cheap weldment components like these). Once assembled it functions well to trap pellets from various airguns. But it does have a lot of splashback. I mounted a thick piece of foam over the front and that keeps everything contained fairly well. One other thing to note is that I noticed a lot of pellets not making it all the way into the containment area in the back of the trap, and instead landing on the angular part in the front. To solve this, I propped the trap up with a couple pieces of wood under the front to increase the angles and that allows it to function far more effectively. Overall it's pretty decent for the price and functions fine despite its quirks, but it's probably not the best design in the world.

Hey guys, this is a really good bullet trap. Easy to assemble and heavy duty.

Nice hefty product, works good for air pellets
Received the product today and it was shipped in it's box alone. Mine arrived in great shape but might be better if it was packed in a box. The product is heavy and unpacking the separately bagged parts was easy. I assembled mine just by the picture but as others say there are no step by step instructions. You don't need them. I assembled one side leaving all bolts loose and alignment was perfect. Then tighten bolts, not man mountain dean like. Repeat on other side but add the top rod before tightening. Clip the target holder and your set. Took me about 10 minutes to assemble. Product A Weight A Ease of assembly A I'm going to mod mine. I watched a video of a guy across the pond and he backed his backstop (not this one) with about 4 tubs of plumbers putty. It should quiet the backstop and hold the pellets too. I'll update review after I try it. Update: 3/14/2024 - I added 4 9oz tubs of plumbers putty to quiet the (inside of) the backstop. It seemed to work OK but the angle of the back plate causes the putty to disintegrate as the lead hits at an angle. Also the putty doesn't stick 100% and droops. Maybe I'll try a heavy mat, rubber or piece of carpet next. Backstop works good and I made a copy of one of the two targets provided and printed out on 8.5x11 paper. It cuts some off but good enough.

Nice, solid and reliable.
Own 2 of these ... Set at 25 feet and 10 meters in my basement range. Use them for pellet and BB guns. I cut pieces of cardboard (11x11) to fit across the opening and that keeps 99% of lead and BB in the trap. Shoot daily and probable put close to 20000 pellets into these things without issue. Some have said "Lead and dust escape the trap" It does ... Soft lead moving at 1000 feet per second tends to do that. But for the most part (with cardboard cover) ... it stays in the trap. As for BB's ... The cardboard sheet keeps most of them in the trap. Occasionally one escapes ... never had one fly back at me. Have found a few on the floor in front of trap. FYI ... I have seen people put Duct Seal on inside back of trap with good results ... Seems to help keep lead and BBs in trap.

Small issues with assembly and 177 lead pellets
Likes include very study, heavy steel, solid as any other 22 trap I've used. Target-clip rod makes it easy to carry around. 2 features to be aware of involve the floor if you decide to attach it to a base or stand - the walls extend down about an 1/8 below the floor, so the floor won't lie flat on whatever surface you're mounting it on - there's that 1/8in gap. Also, they provide holes that are already threaded which is fine if you have the correct hardware. Ordinary holes would have allowed for through-bolting with hardware already on hand, and you can still drill your own. Assembly is very simple - line up the holes and drive in the screws - but not too easy. Keep all the screws loose until everyone's in. It took a lot of twisting around among the panels to get everything matched up. Once everything's tightened, it's a solid as a safe. I also encountered a bent corner on one of the panels that had to be straightened before assembly. A couple of pieces of wood and big c-clamp took care of that. As for performance, so far I can only speak for its one first session - .177 lead pellets at 25 feet, about 175 rounds, a CO2 Crosman T-Threat at about 400+ fps. It left a pretty noticeable mess, all within just a few feet of the trap, and all the debris was shattered or smashed fragments. That was a little disappointing but 25ft might have been too close for 100% capture. On the other hand, there was no evidence whatsoever that a single pellet was deflected back towards us. We felt quite safe from where we were the whole time. And that's what you want with a trap. But always wear safety glasses anyway. Very soon i will be using it for under same conditions but at 45 feet. If I don't return it means the results were the same. Maybe I'll stuff it with foam pieces. If it improves or gets worse, I'll be back. Happy Shooting!
