Thumbs down on this one....
Was very happy with fast delivery, hubby's old 'tache trimmer breathed its last a week or so ago , so a quick replacement was needed. This product is sadly very fragile and it broke on first use last night, the same day it arrived. There are two teeny tiny springs that hold the head in place as it zig-zags through a trim and the whole head just fell apart. We spotted one of the springs in the sink but the other had pinged into oblivion. They are literally about 1mm wide and maybe 3 or 4mm long. Really flimsy. I can't say hubby's 'tache is particularly coarse or anything either. So, sorry, it's a 'no' from us, cannot recommend this trimmer at all. Very disappointed.

Pulls.. ouch
I would like to think i got a 'bad one' looking at the other reviews. But nothing seems misaligned with the cutting heads and it catches and pulls so badly that you begin to look for reasons not to use it. I can only score on what I have. It looks nice, battery is good, i like the all in one length adjuster. But its so damn catchy and it hurts!

Needs a bit of tweaking!
Its not a bed product but I did return it because it could not trim my beard to the level that I wanted. If they changed the cover guard for the blade or added additional guards that allowed a closer shave then I would have kept it.

Unhappy
No good for my medium length beard. Just doesn’t cut it to the length required. It cuts it all off no problem so short or nothing is the sizes

Works a treat but would not charge.
Nice sturdy beard trimmer. Can alter the setting to length required. Pulls a little but only on small occasions, value for money. ******Update****** 11/10 charged it for the first time with it failing to hold a charge. RETURNED.

Garbage tier item
This stopped working and holding charge after only a few months rendering it unusable avoid like the plague and pay a little bit more for something that will last
