New to grafting
New to grafting. Product is simple and easy to use and my grafts are taking. Very pleased with the kit, and just the knife that comes with the kit is worth the price of the entire kit. High quality!

Pretty simple to use if you are familiar with the techniques
The kit includes a lot of things needed to successfully graft. The bodes seem pretty sharp, and didn’t crush any of the cuttings I took. After attempting a number of grafts, I found rubber bands were making it easier to secure things. The tape included isn’t very good. I would recommend just using the tool and finding rubber bands and waxed grafting tape somewhere else. The tool itself is great, and the little case makes it handy to carry everything out to the orchard or field. I am grafting Hachiya persimmons to native trees growing wild on our property, but have also been playing around with grafting different varieties of fruit in to various trees we grow on our farm. I have found the tool very handy, especially since I don’t have very good knife skills when it comes to grafting. This makes it less likely to mess up, and far less likely to end up with a cut finger. The kit is well worth buying if you want to explore grafting, or need a handy tool to make grafting faster on a commercial level.

The tools are decent quality. I appreciate the different sized graft union options. However the grafting tape is the cheapest thinnest suran wrap I've ever seen. Not at all appropriate for the kind of grafting the tools this kit provides for.

A great value
The first one I ordered was lost in the Mail; however, I received a replacement two days after I reported it. Excellent service. The tool is easy to use even though it does not come with written instructions. YouTube has several videos demonstrating how to use the tool and how to switch blades. The grafting knife is sharper than one I bought a month ago. The grafting tape is fine but I ordered paraffin tape since many professional gardeners prefer it. There is a $200+ grafting tool at a different site for thicker branches and T-budding; however, this is perfect for my needs and the price is right.
