Glycolic Gel Peel Incorporates a highly purified form of glycolic acid Glycolic Acid has long been a top seller at the finest spas and dermatology offices for improving skin. For those of you who have heard the term "Chemical Peel", this is the chemical used for it. With a peel of this strength, a full course of peels (8 peels) are needed to see optimal results. This is a 1 fl oz (30 ml) peel solution able to penetrate the skin allowing to effectively dissolve the "glue" that holds dead cells on the surface of the skin. The dead skin cells are what cause a dull, uneven skin tone, and the blocking of pores leading to blackheads and acne. The dissolving action of the Glycolic Acid allows the dead cells to slough off, leaving behind a smoother skin surface with clear pores. This also helps stimulate collagen formation under the skins surface which helps plump up the skin from beneath, smoothing out fine surface wrinkles and superficial scars. • Sunburn Alert: This product contains an alpha hydroxy acid (AHA) that may increase your skin’s sensitivity to the sun and particularly the possibility of sunburn. Use a sunscreen, wear protective clothing, and limit sun exposure while using this product and for a week afterwards. Benefits • A professionally formulated peel, designed to help reduce the appearance of wrinkles, fine lines, uneven skin texture, and other signs of aging. • This item comes with directions for use that should be followed carefully. • Significant savings over professional treatments Divine offers a 90-day MANUFACTURER GUARANTEE on all its products. KP (chicken skin) is GONE! Face is baby-smooth! I'm in LOVE!
UH-MAZING! Incredible Skin Smoothing for 30-somethings!APPLICATION: The consistency is like water and it comes with an eye-dropper dispenser lid. To apply it, I use the dropper to drag out a line from the pad of my index finger to the first knuckle and then I do the same on my middle finger. Then I just rub it into the skin. I use this amount for each arm. Then I use this same amount for my forehead and t-zone. Then I use the same amount again for both cheeks. Then I use the same amount again for my neck & décolleté. It tingles slightly but nothing stinging or unbearable.TIP: If my skin is feeling too tight or dry, I layer a few drops of hyaluronic acid on top of this glycolic acid peel. It soothes and hydrates with vitamin B5. You can buy this type of serum from manufacturers like SkinCeuticals, or you can make your own at a fraction of the cost by buying the powder and mixing it with water. Here is the kind I use: (BulkSupplements Pure Hyaluronic Acid (Na Hyaluronate) Powder (25 grams)) I mix 1/4 cup of water with 1/8 tsp of powder and chill overnight. It will become a clear gooey consistency that you can dispense with an eye-dropper bottle.WARNING: Be sure to keep a rag or something handy when using this! I dripped a few drops on the bathroom counter and the next morning, the drops had turned the beige counter white where the drips sat! I cleaned it off but the counter is still missing the top layer of gloss. Oopsie. Anyway, be careful!*For Keratosis Pilaris (chicken skin):I have KP pretty bad on the backs of my arms and some on my thighs, too. I read one review in particular that was so helpful and really swayed me to purchase this product when she said it healed her KP completely. I am SO glad I bought this!! It has cleared up my KP in 12 days - using it daily, after shower at bedtime without neutralizing and my chicken skin bumps are COMPLETELY GONE! This glycolic peel is such a relief to have at my disposal and now I can wear tank tops with confidence! I had no luck at all when I tried other "creams" that claimed to help with KP such as CeraVe or Amlactin, but this glycolic acid worked WONDERS! I promise myself never to be without it!*For Smooth Skin: I use this peel on my face nightly & on my neck and décolleté every other night. And let me tell you, my skin tone is so much more soft & smooth to the touch, my man even commented that it feels like "a baby!"Hope this helps! Since reviews take time and thought to write in a meaningful way and to photograph the product's usage, please click "yes" below if this review helped you! Thank you so much!!!

Good for beginners but not life changing
I'm an esthetician, so I've tried plenty of professional peels. I wasn't expecting much from this, although I was hoping for a thicker consistency. This looks and feels like water, so it can be difficult to manipulate at home without the proper tools (fan brush, gloves etc). I could see this having a "burning" effect on someone with sensitive skin but for me, all I got was a mild tingle (mostly around my lips and nostrils or where there are visible capillaries). The best way I've found to use this personally, is to mix 1/2 dropper into my night cream in my palm before applying. You'll find similar 10% gly night creams on the market for $$$ but this is good solution to craft your own. You could also use this on your hands or décolleté. It's a good product to start with if you have no experience with acids or have sensitive skin. If you're expecting visible results and your skin can handle it, try a 30-40% with a neutralizer but don't over do it!! Your skin can only handle so much exfoliation, so remember to take it easy and always wear SPF :)

It works in conjunction with a skin routine! Great addition!
Hi All! A little background on my skin; it’s oily combination skin, I am almost 40 with a lot of acne scars, I struggled with cystic acne until I quit dairy and wheat 3 years ago. I have clogged pores and a lot of scars that I have been trying to remedy for a year or two.I was hesitant to try a peel myself so I really followed the directions and read as many reviews I could before starting (fan brush a must);First time I watered down the peel to half water half glycolic acid, my skin got a little red, a little tingling (left on for 3 minutes) The directions said not to exfoliate after but I noticed my pores had secreted small whiteheads- I left them alone though. The following morning my skin was brighter. I just used a mild wash ( I used rice water bright foaming cleanser)- my skin was fine. The next day I steamed my face and used a blackhead remover tool to clear my pores- skin was fine. A week after the first peel I tried again this time I used 1/3 water and 2/3 glycolic peel (left on for 5 minutes). This time more open pores more white heads, I waited a day to exfoliate, no issues. Following week I used it without watering down, 3 times in one week (each time I added a minute) and I must say I love it! I do feel the tingling slight burning but it’s not unbearable, I don’t leave it on too long though. I also “layered” the application to get deeper into my scarred areas. I alternate the peel and exfoliation, for exfoliating I steam my face for 20 minutes then I used blackhead remover tools to clear my pores. Each night after the alternating regimen I wash my face with cold water and apply a peptide complex serum. My pores are finally clearing/shrinking, acne scares lightening, and blackheads are clearing, my skin has also tightened. I love having this in my routine! I will be moving up to the 30-40% peel. I think this 10% is a great way to get started on peeling! My skin is so soft and much clearer! All items pictured came from Amazon ☺️

Incredible
I've been battling problems with my face for years, acne, dark spots, sun damage, hyperpigmentation, you name. I've watched several horror stories of chemical peels on YouTube, and I didn't want to be one of them. I have extremely sensitive skin so when I say this is by far, the best purchase I've made I mean that. So far I've completed 4 treatments on my face and all the acne, dark spots, sun damage, and hyperpigmentation I've been trying to correct for the past 3 years has almost completely disappeared! This is a very light peel, but it's also very effective and perfect for people who have to work for a living because you don't have to worry about huge patches of your skin coming off. I'd definitely recommend this product to anyone with sensitive skin looking to correct skin damage.
