Super cool. Compact!
Touch screen sensitivity was frustrating. Display graphics need higher resolution: RTA. LED screen update would be nice for outdoors use.

Mini studio in a box. Just add a a solid state drive for all tracks, or usb stick for stereo mix down.
This board blows you away. Replaces racks of EQs, compressors, and gates, yet everything is easy to get to. You dont need a menu cheat sheet because nothing is burried in tons of sub-menus. Noise is extremely low for on-location or filming. If you'r thinking about rigging an outboard battery for portable use, the ac adaptor that comes with this thing is propietary, and provides several different plus and minus voltages. While you may not need a gas generator for on-location use, you will need a 12 volt, 17 amp agm battery and a mini sine wave inverter to run tgis in the middle of a jungle. This is one powerful board that will lay down all your tracks on an optional ssd drive for processong through your favorite daw.

Having Problem with my Aux Sends
I started using the eq for less then a week. And the Aux sends keep giving me problems. I cant adjust the volume accurately without affecting the main output volume. I tried different options with pre, post etc... Think it is physical hardware problem.

Great Sound, Extremely Powerful, Horrible Touch Screen.
This would be 5 enthusiastic stars if the touch screen weren't awful. The sound is great. The processing power is great. The effects are the best sounding I've heard in a portable digital console in this range. The mic pres sound good. The compressor is excellent and gives you the ability to precisely dial in the exact sound you're looking for, with adjustable attack and release. The ability to put the compressor post-EQ allows you to really shape the sound and compress either transparently or for effect. If you know what you're doing, you can use this to get an incredible vocal sound. The touch screen is downright awful. It is virtually impossible to responsively select and drag a fader precisely. You will really need to use a tablet. Worse yet, the on-screen buttons are extremely unresponsive. I can repeatedly, forcefully, and precisely press a button 7 or 8 times before the screen responds. If the rest of the mixer weren't so good for what it is, I'd write a scathing review because the touch screen is so bad.I have a Behringer X32, and a Presonus StudioLive Series III, and a Bose ToneMatch T4S.I think the X32 has a more neutral or natural sound, where as the Touchmix is a tad bright, but I like the dynamics a lot better on the Touchmix, and the effects are at least on par so far, based upon initial assumptions. The Touchmix sounds way better than the Presonus, mic pres, effects, everything. And the Touchmix absolutely destroys the Bose T4S. My L1 Model II/B2 Stereo pair sounds exponentially better with this unit.Haven't had a chance to evaluate the recording or USB playback, or connectivity reliability. Also, it runs hot, so I have it on top of a USB laptop fan cooler pad.

Doesn't cut it for me
I purchased this mixer with the intent of it replacing my Allen & Heath ZED10 analog mixer. Unfortunately it did not live up to my expectations. In testing I had the board freeze up on me twice (yes I updated to the latest firmware) plus there is some lag when moving the virtual faders on the built-in touch screen which is annoying. The touchscreen also doesn't seem to support multi-touch so you can't move multiple faders at once unless you're using an iPad to mix. Also unlike my Allen & Heath Qu-16 digital board (which I use for larger events) I can't adjust the gain on a channel remotely with an iPad. I never ended up using this board on a gig (I'm a DJ and a live sound engineer) but the issues with the interface locking up and lag with making fine adjustments would make me wary of doing so which is part of the reason I returned it. It's internal routing options weren't as flexible as I was expecting either and I wasn't able to setup the board to do what I wanted. I love QSC's speakers, I have a pair of K10's, KW122's and a KW181 sub and they are all fantastic but I don't feel this product matches the quality of those. Maybe they will vastly improve it with software updates and a re-design but for now I guess I'll be sticking with my analog mixer.
