As the headline states this was a waste of time and money. I followed the instructions and was looking to improve my posture and stop back pains. This did neither and I would not suggest it to anyone looking for real support or correction.

This eases your back pain. It's easy th take off. No problem wearing it under a jacket because it's not bulky. My friend even borrowed it and loved it. She had back surgery but was experiencing back pain again..yep helped her too!

First, it does fix my posture a bit.But I have to use electrical tape and tape it to make strap shorter. After a few weeks the strap loses its grib and will not stick on, I'm ordering a different one that doesn't use this cheap strap, velcro stick on. Best bet is get the one that is similar to backpack straps

I am a heavy computer user. Bought the posture corrector to help make my back keep in a straight position. The item itself is small and convenient to use. HOPE will be better.

This is easy to wear and gives great posture support. I like its seamless design allowing for wear under a loose sweater or hoodie. I especially recommend this for those who sit at a desk all day.

Very good product

Takes up most of the back seat even when folded. Its bigger than a human. But its unbelievably comfortable. Would probably work great as a guest bed. And it does have a weird chemical smell at first.

I don’t know if I was using it properly or what, but it served no purpose and a waste of time.
