Delivery delay
Was specifically ordered for a project to be done on the 11th. Delivery delay now says won't come until th12th. If not here by 11th early morning won't need it.TO expensive for this 😡

Product is broken
The product was not in one piece. It was broken. Otherwise it’s a good product

Was mixed with another brand
Product was broken and bagged. *Some* pieces were Guittard. Seller must think they are so clever switching the pieces with no label information to rip off their customers but the cheap chocolate doesn't have the waves that Guittard does on the bottom. Did you REALLY think nobody would notice?! What a con job. Much be pretty cheap too as they were **SO** generous with the extra 2 lbs. Just call Guittard direct for bulk.

100% pleased with this product.
The bar came in one whole slab, well wrapped, and was very happily received as a gift. That gal knows chocolate, and she was very impressed not only with the visual impact of a 10lb slab of chocolate on the kitchen counter, once she tried it she was also impressed with the quality. I'd definitely recommend.
