Where is the power button for the earbuds

No power button. Just take it out of the charging pill and it turns on. Put them back in and they turn off.

background noise is loud for the person on the other end of the line. How do I lower the background noise on my ear buds?

I've never had that problem. Make sure they are inserted correctly. You must be in a really loud environment.
