Nice bike
This was a well worth the money purchase. I read a lot of reviews before making this purchase on amazon. Assembly was straightforward and required about 30 minutes.Bike is heavy built like a tank. The resistance adjustment knob allows for very fine tuning with only slight twists, allowing you to change settings easily and quickly while pedaling.Unlike normal friction resistance, this bike is magnetic so it is much quiet and smooth while riding.I usually don't write reviews but since I relied on so many of them to make my decision, I felt it would be only right to give some others interested in this exercise bike some guidance from my experience.

It’s a very stable ride. Overall happy, some things to consider before buying.
*Updated 7-11-19*I heard back from the seller, quite unexpectedly, by email following up on the computer. He took the time to follow up with the factory and found out there is a computer in miles and has offered to send it along to replace the metric one. I'm updating my review to 5 stars - despite the other little things I mention in my large review that aren't quite perfect I've now had a few more rides and they have been very good and the customer service has been really great. If you decide this is what you want I would expect you to have a positive buying experience. We bought this bike recently for the home gym we are making in our basement. I buy quite a bit on amazon but this is to date the largest, heaviest and most expensive thing I’ve purchased – actually probably the only thing I’ve ever purchased on amazon that I would consider an ‘investment’. It’s been a relatively good experience but there are definitely things you should consider if you are looking at this bike. Here is everything you could possibly want to know about my experience. Our criteria: We wanted a bike that would take up a minimal footprint in our limited space. The bike had to be able to accommodate myself – a 5’5”woman and my husband who is a 6’4” man. We wanted a bike with a higher weight capacity, heavy flywheel, the least possible amount of maintenance since this is for home use and an attached computer. We didn’t want something junky that was just going to be unstable and become a laundry hanger and we didn’t quite want to spend Peloton quantities of money.1. Reviews: There were not a lot of reviews on Amazon at my time of purchase and they were all 5 stars which instantly made me suspicious (part of why I’m writing a detailed one). I did additional research and the L-Now brand bikes came up several times from independent reviewers with positive remarks. This helped me make my decision.2. Shipping & Delivery: The item was scheduled to be delivered on a specific date about a week after purchase and was signature required. This gave us ample time to plan to be home for the delivery and it delivered exactly on time without issue. The carrier it shipped with for us was UPS. There was some damage to the box but the actual bike was fine.3. Weight: This is the single most important thing to consider before buying this bike. This bike ships in a single large box and the shipping weight is 144lbs. ‘Team lift’ is stamped on the box. Our UPS delivery man thankfully helped my husband get it up our 3 front steps and into the house (and it was not easy) but we were on our own from there. There is no chance I would have been able to move this on my own and if we had any significant stairs to get it into the house (say like a 3rd floor walk-up apartment) we would have needed a team of help. Also – just taking the weight into account – if something had actually been wrong with this I’m not sure that we would have been able to re-package it successfully for return. We unboxed on the first floor to check everything and then my husband and I were able to get this successfully downstairs to the basement on our own broken down into various pieces. The body of the bike was the hardest part but we just took it slow and step by step. The flip side of the challenges with the excess weight is that it is an extremely stable bike which is a plus once it’s assembled and in place.4. Assembly: This part was pretty easy as other reviewers have said. It took just about 30 minutes to get everything physically assembled. The directions booklet is pretty poorly (written or translated) English but was still easy to follow. Build it in place – or at least close. There are wheels to move it around after but it’s still pretty awkward and heavy to move.5. Operation: I’ve been on a couple of rides and so far it’s really smooth. The bike is a tank and very steady – no wobble or concern of tipping. I have no problem in the saddle or standing following a high intensity online spin class (I’m testing out streaming classes from Studio Sweat). This is the first time I’ve been on a magnetic resistance bike and it does feel a little different – not bad, just took a little getting used to. It didn’t take long to adjust. The magnetic resistance bikes are more expensive but there are no brake pads that need to get changed regularly so for us it was worth it – back to wanting the least maintenance possible.6. Customer Service: Make no mistake when you buy this you are making a direct from China purchase. There is nothing wrong with this so long as you have the right expectations. At the end of the day the bike is probably made in the same factory with a bunch of other brands but what you don’t have is a middle man or local retailer. If you have an issue or need help there is an email address (actually a Hotmail address) in the booklet. There is no phone number and no service team that is going to come help you repair it on site or pick it up and take it back if it’s broken. I reached out via email after we got the bike set up with a few questions and the seller was extremely responsive and helpful and it was a pleasant experience. All my questions were answered in a matter of hours over what for us was a holiday weekend. We did have a rubbing noise coming from the flywheel and the fix is that we just needed to loosen one of the covers a bit. The seller sent back a photo with the part circled that we should loosen to solve the problem. We were also confused because we bought magnetic resistance but there was a big notice on the assembly manual about needing to change brake pads and we confirmed with the seller that wasn’t necessary for our model.7. Things I don’t love:a. The computer. We are in the US and calculate distance in miles, the computer is exclusively in kilometers. I did ask in my customer service email but unfortunately a computer in miles is not available to swap out. I can do the math but when you are seriously tracking activity and literally every device you use calculates in miles having that one thing that doesn’t is annoying. Not a deal breaker – but just annoying. It’s also not backlit and is hard to see in certain light.b. My ride setting is as far forward as possible for the seat and I find that the back of my thighs hit the metal edges of the bar that the seat sits on. It doesn’t feel great. I just wrapped a towel around the bar and secured the ends under the hand weights in the back to pad the metal and it’s fine now. You might not have this issue if you have smaller thighs or sit at a different setting. Also not a deal breaker. The little weights are in kilograms as well. They are fine – I doubt I’ll ever use them for anything other than holding the towel because I already have a small similar pair in pounds.c. We had to seriously tighten the seat. On my first ride going in and out of the saddle the seat would tilt back and then forward which almost made me fall off. I didn’t though and tightening it did the trick. I think my husband would prefer a wider saddle but that doesn’t bother me as I’m use to gym spin bikes which are always pretty narrow.d. While the seat is easy to adjust up and down I find the handlebar height difficult to move. My husband doesn’t have as hard of a time so I think it might just be that I’m shorter and it’s at a difficult angle to grip. Might also get easier with time but also since this is a home bike it will not need to be adjusted often.8. Things I really love: really like that the pedals accommodate both SPD clips or regular shoes. My assembly kit came with cleats so just need to by shoes which was unexpected. I love that it’s very steady and nothing wobbles. Completely unrelated to function I love the yellow color. iPad holder and 2 water bottle slots are nice too.So the bottom line – would I recommend this or buy it again – Maybe. If you have help to get it moved, are comfortable knowing that a return would be difficult if not impossible, have a dedicated place for this to live without being broken down every day, don’t care that it’s metered in kilometers and you are handy to take care of set up and any adjustments yourself then yes. Also if you are taller or heavier – this would be a very good choice. Personally for us we are happy with the purchase and while it was not inexpensive at all it was about $800-$1000 less expensive than my next brand choices (Keiser/Peloton) and met all of our wants/needs. We want to be able to work out at home leaving no excuses when it’s pitch black in negative temperatures with 2 feet of snow on the ground and this helps us round out our little home gym space to accomplish that. In my area I did the math out and the cost of this bike equals the cost of roughly 70 studio rides and if you ride 3-4 times a week that’s only 3-4 months of classes. I will likely break even on my purchase before the end of this year. If you are going to purchase a streaming subscription of course that adds an additional cost but you can also create your own rides with your own music or access free rides on places like YouTube.Happy cycling!

Excellent Purchase
The box was delivered very damaged and partially opened. Luckily this company knows how to protect their product. It was undamaged and no missing parts. The bike was easy to assemble. I have had the bike now for three months. Bike is very sturdy and quiet as advertised. It is a great addition to my home gym. Highly recommend this bike.

So far so good.
My wife loves this indoor bike. She is about 5’5” and the bikes fits her very well.Amazon delivery came in a little early as promised. Bike set up and assembly was easy enough for me. Easy to adjust for height I need. The magnetic resistance is so much better than the old school pad. This bike is better than the bikes at our spin gym! So Good!

Amazing bike
I love this bike! It is a smooth ride and the seat is comfy. It has two water bottle holders and I love having the free weights right behind me. The seller has sent me a monitor so it shows miles instead of km which is really helpful. I would definitely recommend this bike!
