This helps me get decent sleep without waking up every 1-2 hours to go pee. It also helps with bladder discomfort. I forgot to add it to my med box and my symptoms were much worse. This and aloe have calmed down my IC enough for me to have more of a normal life and not be miserable all the time. Prescription meds had bad side effects and didn't help much. This has no noticeable side effects.

I am totally sold on this product. With the issues I was having and my Dr. recommended I get myself on this product. I honestly can NOT tell you how much this product has changed my situation, it’s really fantastic. I did try another brand and I found that this was and is the product I’ll continue with, I’d recommend for any female.

This was/ is my first time using this type of supplement, I do believe it has helped me. I do not take it daily, but if I feel my diet has had too much sugar , I take it for several days.I would recommend.

This is great. If you get some urgency at night to go to the bathroom or the bladder feels irritated, this will solve it in probably a few days. I have had fast relief using this.

Just like all other AZOpoducts I thought this would help with incontinence but it didn’t so I quit taking it. I just disposed of what was left.I would not recommend for the problem I had.
