This formula is just fantastic! I’ve tried ANOTHER product not as effective which I had to return for its strong chemical smell. I have asthma and could not tolerate the smell even with a mask. Black Diamond has a pleasant non-toxic clean smell. I was indeed impressed with its effectiveness and how easy it was to clean 13 years of dirt on my floor tile grout. I used a plastic squeeze bottle to apply the cleaner, waited 5-10 minutes, scrubbed the grout with a long handle brush I found in Amazon (to avoid bending or kneeling over) and saw the magic happen before my eyes. Amazing results! I’m extremely satisfied with this product. I did finish cleaning the grout with my steamer, but just as an additional step to disinfect the floors. I’ll buy this product again.

I always read the reviews but try to take them with a grain of salt: is it really that amazing. This one is. I used it first on a small bathroom floor with white grout-or what used to be white grout. First I noticed that it didn't stink. I am super sensitive to smells and this did not have a smell, not even a perfumy one. Other than the spots where the grout had broken up and patches are needed, it did great. Perfect-probably not but that grout is at least 10 years old. It gets washed and I have tried some other products with no difference. This made a RADICAL difference! So I kept going to the kitchen with dark grey grout. What i liked out there was it cleaned the tile in the tight spots near doors and the stove that get grimy but a swiffer just doesn't do enough for. The grout looked better too. My one complaint is the product seems to leave a soapy residue. I don't own a sponge mop so trying to clean that up was difficult. I would suggest making sure you have a traditional mop of some kind to wash the floor with after. Swiffer won't work.

The grout on our kitchen tile is about 30 years old ---( why oh why did we chose ivory/white grout instead of maybe gray or black) so I don't expect it o be really "white" ever again, but Black Diamond Grout Cleaner did a better job of brightening it up compared to all the other formulas I've tried --- and there have been quite a few, including "home made" mixtures. Cleaning grout is at best labor intensive, you gotta apply to all the grout lines, then scrub it after letting it sit about 5 minutes, then rinse and mop -- so do get the brush along with it . There is an odor but it's not obnoxious and will go away after you rinse and mop again. You can do spot cleaning too, in between.

Wow! This is the best of the best grout cleaner, zero smell, it cleans grout fast my tile floors never looked so good. I am on my second bottle its worth every penny. It lives up to its name fast action grout cleaner, would highly recommend. It definitely works and my floors and grout are sparkling clean.

I think this works reasonably well, unfortunately, despite wearing gloves and having never had a reaction to any cleaning product before, I felt a rather immediate cramp in my stomach (likely from fumes and I had no contact with the product) I cleaned about ¼ of my tile and decided to stop. Today I used a very small amount (one spray) and immediately had the same stomach cramp and this time my lips became slightly swollen--again this was ONLY from fumes of one spray in a well-ventilated area. So I'll not be using it again. I've not had an issue with any other cleaning product in my life...and the smell was very light. I'd have thought it had a low VOC except for my reaction. I'll have to research how to dispose of the product safely.

Wow, I'm impressed. I can't believe how easy and fast this was. I did my whole house in a couple hours. I sprayed it on, let it sit a few minutes and then used a stiff brush to remove the dirt. I got one that you don't have to bend down to use. Perfect. I then rinsed the floor and enjoyed the nice clean grout! There is no smell and only a small amount of residue that I'm sure will come off with the next full floor wash I do. I'm thrilled!

Get the one with the stiff bristle brush. It’s literally as easy as spaying on and using the brush to loosen the dirt and it brings you grout back to pretty much new! You don’t need gloves or glasses as it doesn’t have acid. I wish I knew about this sooner!! I have labored for hours cleaning grout and now it takes a 10th the time and looks better than any other product I’ve ever used!! Super easy clean up too!

Works great on soap scum but not so good on grout.

Excellent, you have to work with it, that is use an old tooth brush to work out the dirt cos it not magic, you wont be dissatisfied if you do your part.

I bought my house and the floors looked like they hadn't been cleaned since they were originally installed. The before and after are mind blowing!! I didn't mind the smell of the cleaner. It made it smell.. clean. 5 star review Highly recommend this product.

Used on grey grout it does work but took a few applications I found it easier to brush on lightly as solution strong and can damage other surfaces
