How are these added to the car?

The 44k simply goes into your fuel tank at fill up. Try to run out most of that fuel before refilling. Let's see if I can get the other two correct-I BELIEVE the EPR gets added to your oil prior to changing. Run the engine about 5 minutes then drain. Upon refilling the crankcase oil. add the MOA and you are all done! BTW-unless you have some serious issues, you should notice some performance improvement depending on the mileage. I sold this stuff 20 years ago as a service advisor and I still use it (and pay full price now).

How often should i use these?

The MOA is meant to be added at every oil change. BG recommends using 44k at every oil change. EPR needs to be used right before the oil is changed. To get the full protection, MOA needs to be used every time the oil is changed. Some people only use 44K and EPR when they have an issue they think it might help with. I use all three when I do an oil change on my car.

What's the soonest I can receive this?

There is no way to say for sure. There are several different sellers of this product, and there is on way to know which one will get the order, and how long it will take to get it to you once the order is placed.
