Same as regular 3 musketeers. Not sure what’s birthday about it!
If you think there will be little sprinkles inside- there aren’t! Or they’re microscopic and I can’t see them.Looks and tastes 100% like a regular 3 musketeers meaning it tastes just fine.But don’t pay extra - it’s just the plain old 3 musketeers!
