Just What I was looking for
I have a 17KG rescue dog who isn't great in the car. I've been looking for a 'car seat' for her and until I found this one I could only find seats for small dogs.This is perfect for her and gives her the security and safety she needs to be in the car. I put her blanket in with a toy and she is much more happy and no longer paces up and down the car seat.I have given four out of five stars because it is quite difficult to get a large dog in and out of this seat due to it not having a door/. Luckily my dog is quite young and bouncy but when she gets older I'll have to lift her which may be a struggle as she's heavy. It comes with metal poles to give structure to the sides so I have just not used the door-side pole so I can hold the side down for her to jump in.
