initial reaction was - may not be so great product which i may rarely use, but once when i had severe sinusitis with difficulty in breathing, and nothing else seemed to be helping, no neti pot was effective enough, this came to rescue, because the water can be squeezed into nostrils with force which is not possible in neti pots. i also now appreciate that i do not have to tilt the head much sideways, effectively protecting from ear infection.con side is it holds less water, so u may have to refill multiple times to get the desired effect.

easy to use. recommended for people with sinus allergy. Make sure you use bottled/boiled water for the rinse - otherwise you may get a sinus infection. Also, make sure you fully clean the bottle (preferably with vinegar and salt) before each rinse.
