Great for sit-ups
I struggle with sit-ups on a normal yoga mat due to a protruding coccyx, this allows me to do sit-ups again without the pain.

Good value for money.
I have been using this daily for months and thoroughly recommend it. I wasn't sure if it would work as I was worried it would move on carpet but it doesn't. The sponge has really held its shape well and it does a good job of protecting my back when I do sit ups.
