I'm currently teaching time to my first grade students and they needed a more hands-on approach in order to understand how to tell time to the hour and half hour. I had small clocks, but the hands were in the same color. I bought these as a great personal manipulative that had different color hands and that labeled the minutes. MY STUDENTS ADORE THEM! They're a bit fragile so we practiced moving the hands and wiping away our work carefully. The students are very responsible with the tool. The set was relatively inexpensive and I plan on letting the students keep their personal clocks when we are done with the unit. . There is also a teacher's version which is very helpful! It's more helpful than the traditional Judy clock because I can write in the digital time as well. As a teacher, I highly recommend this and I plan on buying another set for my students next year

My 1st graders loved using these during math.

I have an elderly relative living with me and I was concerned that he was getting his meds mixed up. After consulting with his PCA we decided to try a whiteboard, but I found these in the search and they work VERY well! No more anxiety attacks due to missing a crucial prescription. He's happy, I'm happy, and his PCA is happy. It's like sunshine every day now, for real. :-)
