Excellent knee / leg pillow, it does help with sleeping on side to be more comfortable and it did also helps with my leg muscle pains at night

Comfortable pillow, feels like the right size and shape for me. No issues at all that it doesn't have a strap as the shape is so convenient that it makes it easy to turn during the night without losing the pillow or waking up

I was initially going to return this as it appeared too bulky and firm for the purpose of taking pressure off a painful knee. However, what I hadn't realised is that the memory foam softens and moulds to you in use, although this takes several minutes, and having now got used to this I have found the pillow effective in relieving my knee pain during sleep. I have this by my bed for whenever I have leg and hip pain. It's the perfect size and works well, staying put all night and without any straps to keep it in place. It keeps it's shape and stays reasonably cool. It also has a removable cover for washing. I've had mine a while and it still looks good and does the job. I bought one my daughter one too.

I have been using this knee pillow for nearly 2 years, mainly for side sleeping to help with knee pain. Pros: -The ergonomic shape fits nicely between the knees -Helps keep my legs aligned and reduces pressure on the knees and hips -The foam has held its supportive shape over time Cons: -The main downside is the fabric cover. The material developed fabric pilling / bobbles, which you can see in the video -The fabric pilling makes the pillow look worn and tired -The texture also becomes less smooth, which affects comfort -For something that needs regular washing, the cover material doesn’t feel durable enough Overall: the inner pillow works well, but the outer fabric quality is disappointing. If the cover were improved or more durable, this would easily be a higher-rated product.
