Depends on the turtle I guess. If they can eat fruit I don’t see why not.

Why does the feeding instructions for small animals (non-reptiles) say "do not rehydrate"?

It will spoil quicker if you add water.

Do you still need to feed live insects along with this food?

Sorry, I never fed this to my tortoises, they refused to eat it so I donated the feed.
