Playtex used to advertise their gloves for those who suffered from "dishpan hands" on TV back when I was a kid in the 60s. And these are still good gloves.But if you have XL hands like I do, you know some things say they are XL but aren't. These are snug, but they are XL gloves. So far I've only opened one pack but they're better than disposable gloves for going out and about because you can just rinse them in some Clorox and water for a minute or so when you get home. Let them dry in your dish rack and you're good to go next time you go out. Or you could use them for doing dishes. They do have a pretty good textured surface for grip, though the cuff could be a bit longer if you fill your sink to the top.They DO fit a bit snug for XL, as I said. And if I had to wear them for a long time my arthritic hands would probably start to get tired, but they wouldn't start to get sore wearing these.I would definitely recommend these to anyone over disposable gloves which are sometimes hard to find and are wasteful if you only use them once and then throw them away.. These gloves are durable yet, as those commercials in the 60s used to say, "they are so thin you can pick up a dime" with them on! And you really can!

Good fit for me. I order X-large because my fingers are long but hands are what I would call average. Not sure of durability just yet but I gave them 5 stars anyway.

I love these gloves. They are durable and great to use in the kitchen or when cleaning around the house (like bathrooms).

But I cannot find a large enough retail pair and I have small hands for a man. X-L in rubber gloves is M in women's sized gloves. These are far cheaper than a retail pair with much shorter sleeves but if I can't use the retail version then what good is that?

I often find dishwashing gloves too narrow for my man-hands. Not these. They fit just fine and hold up well.

Saves my hands

I would consider my hand size to be between L and XL (sometimes either size fits me). These gloves barely fit. I have another pair (different brand) I purchased from a local grocery store, labelled "Large", which are significantly larger than these. The true size of these gloves is AT MOST a Large. Definitely not worthy of an XL tag.

finally I was able to buy gloves X-large...good price...good product
