i'm thinking of buying it used; are all 5 games on the disc? Or does it have a code and need to download?

Why is the ps3 version so much more expensive than other versions? what is valve's problem?

Probably b/c it is rare, fewer copies were published. The xbox 360 version is much cheaper.
