This is my first non-cartridge razor I've ever used and although it takes a little getting used to I love it. It's quite weighty but not overly so it just feels solid and sturdy. Changing from cartridge style razors to this style took a little getting used to, I find it's potentially easier to nick or cut yourself with this type of razor so have to be a bit more careful while shaving but after a couple of uses I'm now fine with it.The build quality is excellent and it comes with a cloth to keep it nice and polished, overall it's a great product and would definitely recommend to anyone who's looking for a new safety razor - just remember you need to buy the blades separately!

I bought this as a gift. My husband loves it, it took a little while to get uses to as you use imsmall strokes and less pressure when shaving but he's found it causes way less irritation to his skin. And bonus he seems to get a much closer shave.Way more eco friendly and having bought a box of 100 blades I don't think we're ever going to need to buy more as they last ages. The added perk of it looks much nicer if left out in the bathroom than a plastic one.

Great product. Really love the close shave I get. The handle feels good in my hand and is easy to hold.I also like that this product is fairly environmentally friendly, mo more mixed media plastic and metal blades to dispose in the general waste

Honestly, we have all be sold a lie by the disposable razor companies. Not only are billions of used cartridges polluting our planet every year, but they don't really give you a very good shave. It initially feels a little heavy to hold but once you get the hang of it, you cannot help but be happy with the shave it gives. Try this and be converted! It looks much more stylish and you'll also be doing the environment a huge favour!

I must say that I use safety razors all the time, I bought this one to replace my old one, (different make) and didn’t think this one would be any better. Very comfortable to use, nicely balanced and yes a very close shave. Highly recommended!

Very good for the price I paid and well made. Only downside I feel is the weight. Anyone with weak wrists would feel slightly uncomfortable. Other than that a great product

I've had it less than a year and screw head no longer screws onto the handle. I wanted this razor to last me a long time, but it let me down. I can no longer use it as the head is loose and can literally be pulled off, this means the blade is loose and too dangerous to use. It was good whilst it lasted.

A great product, and by buying it I am doing my own small bit to help save this planet from plastic!
