Workmanship problem
The workmanship is not as per standard.The ON -OFF tripping switch is not smooth.I can understand it clearly as I am Mechanical Engineer.Hence need improvement...

Fire hazard + No warranty replacement + Repair offered
I have bought 3 ELCB till now. One bought within a year time frame has got burnt.Contacted company for warranty replacement. They say ‘NO WARRANTY including burning of product’. But was later offered repair service.It starts burning when connected to power irrespective of load present or notUpdated —>Broke open the ELCB case to find that the KT-11 capacitor ( which is a wax sealed capacitor) got burnt and caused black tar inside. Everything else seems fine.Please use better quality capacitor OR make it replaceable from outside. The ELCB was running a 470W (2.7A) motor. Kick back voltage from the motor when switching OFF could have caused capacitor to breakdown.

Value for money,.it is too sensitive, sometimes it false trip on fan speed change event.

Unreliable product
Installation check of Test to Auto Cut off failed as switch did not go off in test. I saw first time that electric meter making noises. I tested thin wire shorting in live and neutral pole have a blast with wire burning and exploding but switch didn’t go off. I will go for made in China meter now.
