LupinePetBasics 3/4" Black 13-22" Adjustable Collar for Medium and Larger Dogs

Normally I love this brand have been using only lupine for many years, they last, they are resilient, and they are great about replacing them even if your pet chews through thier product, I have bought collars, harnesses and leashes for each of my dogs over the years when they are pups and they last through thier lifetime, however this time I bought a collar (hunter orange color) and when it gets wet (rain, swimming etc) it bleeds and stains my dogs beautiful white fur with a nasty hot pinkish color, the color faded fast and after just 2 months it is pale and dingy looking. I am however purchasing a new one by the same company as 15-20 yrs of usinh thier products have generally been amazing, I will choose a different color and pray it doesn't bleed and stain my dog, all my dogs have been hunters/swimmers so I can honestly say all the previous products I have bought and used have never had an issue so giving them another chance, although I must admit I was very upset and disappointed, the dye that stained my dog did not wash completely out and the rest had to sort of had to wear off over time hoping the next one I order doest have this issue

Heavy duty, will stand up to dogs playing

I have two young huskies who love to chew and to wrestle. As a team, they have chewed through many collars and harnesses. This collar is the first thing they haven't gnawed through within five days of wear -- it's been about two months now and still looks like new!

Picked up this collar in January, and we really liked it, loved it even. It is easy to use, secure, durable, great color. Come July and dog goes for a swim, and comes out with a pink neck! The color bled onto his white fur. Thought maybe this was a one-time thing, similar to how the first time you wash a shirt it bleeds, nope. He jumped in the lake a couple weeks later and now he's pink again and I'm on here looking for a different collar. Bummer. I really, REALLY liked these, but my dog doesn't deserve to be stained and deal with an extra bath just to go for a swim. So disappointed.Update: Since I loved the Lupine so much, I wrote to the company to ask about which collar might be a better choice. They graciously offered recommendation and a free replacement, all I had to do was send a few pictures of the pink dog and the collar (super easy, I take a million pictures of my baby, um, dog a week anyways). So now we're awaiting our replacement Lupine.

Adore. Our youngest chewed through his first one... took pictures, emailed Lupine, they replaced it without question. Bought three more since then... every dog I own will wear Lupine Pet collars. They are functional, inexpensive, are quality materials and production, and are impeccably warrantied. Thank you Lupine!

So ... this is a nice collar, but it is labeled'Made in New Hampshire'and not 'Made in USA'likely (imo) because there are laws about what 'Made in USA' means ... and these collars do not meet the laws' requirements.I regret not selecting a collar that is madd in USA 🇺🇸

I love Lupine's collars and leashes. I don't think you get any better with value for money. The quality is admirable and they last over time - not quickly becoming raggedy or fading like many others that are more expensive! The plain forest green on this collar really pops. I haven't washed this collar yet, but I've had my Lupine leash in the wash a few times, and it held up solidly.Made in New Hampshire, guaranteed even if chewed (which we've never had to use... but still, its nice that they stand behind their products so publicly).For my small 16 pound pug mix puppy, the 3/4" wide, size 9-14 was a great fit, but of course, you should measure your dog. Durable, simple, and gets admiring attention in the dog park. What's not to love?My pup was a little startled by the click of the collar going on - I think going through one of his fear stages. But accompanying the collar going on with a treat a few times over a week has sorted that out.I'm only waiting for Lupine to make a waterproof collar for swimming etc. - because I've tried others out there - e.g. Dublin, and am not that impressed. I hope you are listening, product development people at Lupine in Conway, NH.

I love the 3/4" collar as I think it's more comfortable for a dog to have a thinner collar and it's still very sturdy. I don't have a small dog but he doesn't need anything larger. Got red for the Christmas season. My boy is very festive.
