This item only really worked properly three times - each time after installing a fresh battery. Otherwise, I was faced with constant stopping every few seconds where I would need to shake the unit or tap it against something to get it to start up again. It would also occasionally stop if I tried to trim a single coarse chin hair - it seemed as if one hair could stop the blade completely, which was rather off-putting. I probably should have returned the unit at that point, but given the inexpensive price tag I just assumed that some imperfections should be expected, and when the unit ran properly, it did a great job.Now, however, I can't get the unit to run at all. The motor will turn on if the blade head is removed, but not if it is attached. I have cleaned the head thoroughly using both the brush and running water and it looks absolutely pristine - I can't see anything that could be impeding the motor from turning - but when I press the power button, the motor doesn't even try to turn on. There's no sound, no vibration. Nothing, unless I take off the head, then it immediately comes to life.Obviously I'm past the return window. I'm going to have someone else take a look at my hair remover and see if they can figure out how to get the motor to start in case I missed something obvious. I am happy to see that this product has been pulled from the store, at least, but now I'm back where I started as far as taking a gamble on another one.

This barely works. Sounds like the reviews on here were paid for. Sometimes, it doesn’t even turn on when you push the button. I should have looked elsewhere.

This lasted barely 3 months, doesn’t work any good either, I keep forgetting to give review. I am keeping instead trash it on case they want to see how new condition this item broke. Don’t buy it, I had a better Brand one I gave to my daughter

I wax. I tweeze. I shave. And STILL I set m see tiny hairs when I get in the car!!! So this little trimmer is so perfect for keeping in my glove box and waking care of them right away. It's discreet and does a great job. Super easy to clean and not at all painful.

Love keeping this little thing in my purse. I’m able to take it everywhere I go. So simple to use and works very well. It’s easy to clean and I like how it feels after I use it.

Strongly dislike this item because it looks and works very cheaply. It would randomly stop, and very hard to clean entirely.
