Electronics failed on both my units
This is the second meter where one of the buttons failed. My first one lastest aobut 4 years then the cal button would not work. THe last one failed in 1.5 years. THis time the on/off button

DO NOT BUY! Bought two units, one never worked, second unit worked once.
I purchased this unit for homebrewing purposes and it didn't power up right out of the box. Customer service was very helpful and replaced the unit. The second unit arrived and worked fine (once, keep reading). FYI - the instructions are horrendous and essentially useless. Their own support personnel will freely admit this. So, you'll have to do a Google search for any worthwhile information. Unfortunately, I had to take a brief hiatus from brewing for several reasons and then went to use the PH meter again and the second unit no longer powers up. And, since it's now been past the 6 month warranty from the first purchase they won't replace it or offer anything other than to say, "sorry". Unacceptable that a $122 device won't even power up nor will the manufacturer honor their product. Two units, $122 spent, one use, pathetic!

Worked well for a very brief time
It worked well until it stopped working yesterday. I’ve owned it for 3 months with usage maybe once or twice a fortnight, but now the probe won’t read or calibrate

Buyer Beware!
Worked ok for about 6 months. Then it started either just no readings or erratic readings. Can’t calibrate it. Dealing with Hach right now customer service right now. Same issue as other user.
