An Important Topic but Some Errors
This book addresses an important topic and, in general, the information contained may help people with obesity and type II diabetes who have been frustrated with many of the ineffective diets out there. In addition, the author does a nice job in explaining a number of physiological processes clearly. Unfortunately several errors in the content made me hesitant to assume the some of the other information provided was correct, if I was not already familiar with it. For example the author mentioned visceral fat in the thighs (?!) and said excess sodium intake is the primary cause of high blood pressure (not true). I agree with other reviewers that the book would have benefited from some editing and also think it would have benefited from a review by a medical professional familiar with the benefits of fasting on metabolism and health in order to avoid some of the glaring errors in content.

High content to fluff ratio
Most books are twice as long as they should be. This book mirrors the efficiency and minimalism of the "diet" it recommends, which as we learn, is really not a diet at all. It is a return to the ancestral practice of eating within a small time window rather than grazing. Excellent summary of the metabolic processes underlying weight loss and hormones regulating appetite, plus actionable strategies for transitioning with minimal hardship. This is the diet book Americans need to read to combat the obesity epidemic – before it's too late and we're all metabolically deranged past the point of restoring insulin sensitivity.

Disappointed
I was disappointed in this book. It explained the science behind OMAD and how the body works, but I was hoping for more “personal” info from experience. I was looking for tips and advice on how to do OMAD. I would have liked some detailed info on how you would “feel” the first couple weeks and what to expect and maybe some ways to get through your hunger. This is a science book, at that’s all.

You do NOT get the Kindle version for free if you buy the paperback...
I was excited to buy the book based on the advertised “free kindle version” you get when purchasing the paperback. Well, after 5 days of not having the kindle book, I called amazon to see what’s going on. As it turns out, there’s a minor process you have to go through to get that free book. This was annoying. But the content of the book seems to be good based on the first 30 pages or so. Therefore, I’m going with 4-stars based on the headache it caused when I just wanted to read the kindle version on my weekend off work...

Great Book But!!!
I would have given this book 5 stars but, there are so many errors that it would distract me from my reading. It needs an editor, or maybe a couple different ones.

Not one of the best books on OMAD
Very simplified in subject matter. Not a lot of scientifically based information. The offer for a free online version is difficult to obtain.

OMAD from A to Z
This is book will explain everything you need to know about OMAD and is a must read for anyone interested in an intermittent fasting lifestyle. I've read several IF books and this is the best. The author has clearly done his research. Full of scientific data and information that is easy to understand.
