Good small load cell
Works fine with HX711 chips found on Amazon and elsewhere. I recommend using a 10-reading trailing median filter to smooth out the signal. I got a lot of random noise where I'd get a single reading that was orders of magnitude different than the others. A running average is still drastically affected by this type of anamoly.The mounting hardware is M3x0.5. Mine has two holes tapped M3x0.5 on one side and two M3 clearance holes on the other side.

It doesn't work, there's no linearity nor a 4mV/V sensibility.
