They work.
They fit into 3/8" holes and appear to lock onto the sheet metal. I'll have a better idea of how they do when I begin to drive the vehicle and see if the normal flexing causes them to pop out of the holes.I couldn't give them 5 stars because they're too expensive

Plastic, not metal as described.
I was replacing missing metal hole plugs in my door threshold. Had tried a couple other plastic styles that didn't fit right or looked cheap. I was excited to find these where the Material was listed as "Metal" because I expected them to be a better match. Lo and behold, they are also made of plastic. Also, listing states "called flush because they plug the hole and have a slight dome". The slight dome is significant and does not fit under my door as the original metal ones do. Cannot return them because I already used one and tried to file it down to work. But I want to advise other would-be buyers that the listing is not entirely accurate. Made of PLASTIC, not metal. And flush is a misnomer for the amount of crown it has. Beware of what you read. You can buy Caplugs products directly from Caplugs, they offer so many more size options and you can trust their descriptions, complete with exact measurements, better.

Plugged the 3/8" test holes in my hvac duct perfectly
Drilled three 3/8" holes in my HVAC ducts to do static pressure testing with a manometer I bought on Amazon. Temporarily covered them with tape but wanted a more reliable seal. These arrived faster than expected and solved my problem.
