This is my second bottle of this. It works amazingly well. I take it 1 hour before bed, and then I start to slowly drift off to sleep. I highly recommend. And, it lasts a long time.

This product does not work. I tried it for one night. It kept me wide awake and gave me dreadful headache next day. I was hesitant to give it a second try and I ask Amazon for a refund. they tell me it’s not eligible.

Seem to work well, easy to swallow

I usually have a hard time sleeping. It could take me hours just to fall asleep. It's my first time trying melatonin and after 1 pill, I was fast asleep. My mind wasn't racing , I wasn't twisting and turning. All I could focus on was sleep. Really works for me!
