This item is of such poor quality for the amount of money it costs. Its very thin and cheaply made. As I was assembling it I thought the screws were to large for the cross racks as it took a lot of effort to screw the rack together. Just as I thought, the screws split the wood as I was putting it together. It was such a hassle after I got it together it wasn't worth my time to take it apart and send it back. I would not recommend this product to anyone and it's a complete waste of money.

This shoe rack was very easy to put together and made of a good quality and very affordable. I am able to fit roughly 15 pairs of shoes which is just perfect for my household.

I like the color of the rack and the look of bomboo. The measurements had to fit perfect in a special place and itdid. I love the look of the neatness of my shoes.Thank youBabs

This is a great looking product which is easy to assemble and use. I am able to store 3 pairs of shoes on each level totalling 9 pairs for entire rack. Wish I had this rack years ago.

These are *fine* (I bought 2), but not really worth $30 each. They are on the smaller side and the high sides make it so not as many shoes fit.

These screws are impossible to screw in with tool you included, they are so long and the holes are so small!! Really? What am I supposed to do? I don’t think I can get them all the way in?? Says don’t use an electric screwdriver on instructions too!! Help
