Officemate Magnetic Pop-Up Note Dispenser, 3 x 3 Notes (25908)

I want to explain first why I got this so you know how it worked for us. My son has ADHD and once he got into middle school, he has struggled with being organized, focused and remembering at the end of the day what he needs to bring home. We have tried using a calendar, etc... and he still at the end of the day struggles. So I had this idea and thought if I could find a magnetic post it note holder that it would help.So, this post it note holder holds 3 x 3 pop up notes. That's important to know because unless they are the pop up notes they will not work. This holder has a magnet on the back to attach to the fridge, file cabinet, locker, etc... The magnet really stays attached well. It is a long magnet on the back. My son did take the magnet off when we first got it (he messed with it until it came off). If it comes off, just glue it back on and it's fine. There is a pen holder which makes it really convenient so that you don't have to go looking for a pen. If you use, the pop up post its, the notes just come right out.So back to my son....What I have done is on each post it note, I have written - Science, English, Math, Civics on each post it note and he has the dispenser in his locker at school. At the end of the day, he pulls off the top post it and goes through each class and checks off that he has his work. This really seems to help him focus at the end of the day. So for us, this has really helped to destress me with my son trying to remember homework!

Now my 2nd one, the 1st broke fell off the fridge but the magnets stayed. Amazon replaced it. New one was up 3 weeks maybe and once again it fell off the fridge leaving magnets on fridge. Amazon told me there is nothing they can do because it's outside of the return window. Now I'm trying to clean off all the original adhesive used and try my own since they refuse to replace

Magnets are taped down. Can easily be pulled off and just add some super glue. Easy fix for a useful product

I placed this on the side of my refrigerator and used it about twice a week. About a month after I got it, the magnets fell out of the holder, so the holder can't stay on the fridge anymore. I will try to Krazy glue the magnets back to it, but it's a bummer that it already has a problem after so little use.

The thing fell off the magnets the first night I had it on the fridge. That was fun to wake up to. I tried re-sticking, but they came off again. I would return it, but I’ll just use some better adhesive on it myself. It is disappointing, but I like the design otherwise.

I am very forgetful so I have post-it notes all over the house I love that this has a spot for the pen I used a magnet wall anchor.

I put the dispenser on my fridge and left it there for a while. Later on in the day the dispenser was on the floor and the magnetic strips remained on the fridge. I ordered some crazy glue to stick it back. Hopefully it works because I ordered 4 of these dispensers.Update: Used the crazy glue on the magnetic strips and the dispenser holds fine on the fridge. I only had to use crazy glue on one of the other three dispensers. The dispenser works great now and I love it.

What can I say, it's supposed to hold Post-It notes on a vertical metal surface. The dispenser does hold Post-It notes and the magnets do attach to vertical metal objects. Unfortunately the magnets DO NOT stick well to the dispenser itself, and after a full 12 hours of dutifully holding the dispenser in place, let it take a tumble to the ground.Not to be deterred by garbage adhesive or possibly poor assembly, I carefully placed strips back in place and pressed for a period of time in the hopes that the adhesive could be coaxed into holding a bit better. It lasted a full 15 minutes before again taking a tumble southward, magnets remaining on the cabinet. So now it's sitting on my desk, but without a weighted base, it simply picks-up when trying to remove a Post-It.I would not recommend this product unless you own some Gorilla Glue to fix the issue.

I bought these for my office lunch room fridges. I did not expect them to actually stay on the fridge, we are a 24/7 centre and the fridges see a LOT of use. A couple of months later they are still there!

crappy - magnets stayed on metal bulletin board and the container fell to the floor. DO NOT BUY

When you have no more desk space, this is a great option on a filing cabinet

This works awesome! Super handy. However the magnetic strips do not stick well. It fell off a few hours after I put it up. I just had to use scotch tape to stick the magnets back onto it and now works perfectly.

Fast delivery because I'm a Prime member. However, the magnet isn't sticking well from the dispenser so it keeps falling off from my fridge. Not happy with it. Thought of returning it but I threw the box already.
